  • Is this breach of contract?

I bought a car recently and the car dealer was nice enough to let me break up the down payment into an initial payment of 2100 and two additional payments of 450 in order to get a good interest rate. We signed paperwork that said that the checks would be taken out on specific days (two weeks apart to co-inside with my paydays). The first check came out a week early. It was covered, but it put us in a strain. They second check which was supposed to come out friday still hasn't come out.

To me this kind of sounds like breach of contract. Anyone able to shed some light on this for me?

    Also:

I am not sure about what an end-game for me would be on this, but, even though they have nice cars, i am never going back to that dealership.

  • Why would people prefer anarchy over anything else?

I am not ignorant and I understand political philosophy, but i want to know why people would choose anarchy? Give examples where anarchy has worked. If it is so great, why don't we see more of it?

  • Why are we not investing in natural resources around the world?

Other countries are buying natural resources around the world so that if there were an (another) economic collapse they will be positioned to become the preeminent world economic superpower.

In our own country we are obsessed with spending on this or that program and sending money to this or that war torn country, which by the way never work no matter how much we spend. We are not putting our money to work we are just blowing it all.

We are so obsessed with trying to punish the people who have the money to invest and get us into a better situation down the road.

I have ideas on how to fix this, but i want to know what you think.

    How do we fix this?

  • China or the US- who is better at capitalism?

The Chinese communists save 52% of their GDP and invests in natural resources around the world to ensure the future prosperity of their people.

The US saves 8% of GDP and borrows 1/2 of every dollar we spend to maintain the government.

Why does it seem that the Chinese understand basic capitalist precepts better than our own government?

There are big differences in our markets, etc. But it seems very much like china is better prepared for the future than we are. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Will using RTS/CTS protocol on 802.11g increase preformance if i have only one authorized wireless node besides the WAP router? I know that it is less efficient for multiple machines.
