Are there any additional medical insurance plans that I can buy?
I just got a job that is outside of the state where I am currently living in. My new employer does offer medical insurance. But since my wife needs to stay behind to take care of something before moving, all her doctors will be out of network after I take on the new job.
I took a look at Aflac but they only cover hospital stay or accidents. I am looking for something that covers the regular doctor visits and prescriptions. Are there additional medical insurance plans that I can buy to take care of these areas for my wife?

Couple days ago, my mother told me that, after she has passed on, she would donate her organs to other people who are in need, donate the rest of her body to a medical school for the medical students to practice on, and after all that, when her body (whatever is left) cannot be used by the medical students anymore, she wants it to be cremated and the ashes will be used as fertilizer.
That got me thinking, among many other things, if you know that the vegetables were fertilized by human ashes, would you still eat them?

I am not trying to cause any trouble here. But I once heard that the Japanese text books completely omit what the Japanese soldiers did in mainland China (i.e. Nanking Massacre, chemical testing on human beings...etc.) May I ask if this is true?
I understand this is a sensitive issue. I know that the Chinese government has been demanding for decades that these events should be taught and be talked about in Japanese schools. I am just wondering if this is actually still the case in Japan.
