If you know that the vegetables were fertilized by human ashes, would you still eat them?

Couple days ago, my mother told me that, after she has passed on, she would donate her organs to other people who are in need, donate the rest of her body to a medical school for the medical students to practice on, and after all that, when her body (whatever is left) cannot be used by the medical students anymore, she wants it to be cremated and the ashes will be used as fertilizer.

That got me thinking, among many other things, if you know that the vegetables were fertilized by human ashes, would you still eat them?

Update:

Being a Chinese, I KNOW that there are countries that are fertilizing their crops with human poop or just poop, period.

The reason I asked had absolutely nothing to do with sanitary reasons. However, I asked mainly because of the "emotional tide" or that people may feel "spooky" about it.

No. Absolutely not. My problem is more with the concept than the actual act. For all I know, maybe I have, but ignorance is bliss sometimes.
