My boyfriends cousin who is 16 years old had consensual sex with a 14 year old girl. She called rape and they did a rape kit on her. He did not c*m in her but I know you leave other skin fragments etc behind where they can tell in forensics. She has since retracted her claims of rape but the state picked the case back up because at 14 in Alabama you cannot legally consent to sex. Will he likely go to jail even though he still hasn t gotten a court date for over a year now?

I know my son clears his browsing history so I cannot go in and see what he does that may be inappropriate. I guess what I m looking for is more of a tracker of sorts, I do not want to limit what he can do on his phone I just want to make sure he s not visiting porn or dating sites or chat sites that are inappropriate. I m going to give him a chance first to see if he is lying to me about what he s doing on his phone. If I secretly monitor him and see that he is lying then I will make changes to what he can and cannot see on his phone. Yesterday i was doing my makeup getting ready to go to a concert when i slowly over like a 20 minute period started to feel very overwhelmingly tired and pretty weak all over my body. Ive never had anything like this happen before. I panicked and my husband took me to the ER. Blood pressure, blood sugar, EKG, and blood work all came back fine so they sent me home. What in the world could this be? Im 26, female, overweight and all i take is a multivitamin everyday. Im scared this will happen again and ill pass out or something. The doctors were puzzled as well. Help!

My husband has upper back and neck pain/ knots that radiate to his head and cause migraines. He makes sure to sit correctly all day everyday (his posture is darn near perfect now) and he takes mini breaks for his eyes because this is starting to take over his life. He is currently on muscle relaxers and they help but they make him really tired which makes it hard to focus. He has tried heating pads and massages and as soon as he stops they come right back. the chiropractor didnt help either. Any suggestions as to what can end this problem? Hes so tired of having headaches and neck and back pain :(

Over the past 2 weeks I have been more active by walking and swimming and over the past 2 days I've noticed my lower legs from my knees to my ankles feels tight. There is no pain or swelling or redness or anything but it's just a weird feeling. My feet, legs and ankles are NOT swollen. I pushed my finger into my leg in different spots and it bounced right back so i don't think I'm retaining fluid What could this be?

When photographers do portraits outdoors and you see for example a little kid sitting in the grass and they are able to blur the grass in front of them and the sky behind them and only get the child in focus in the middle of the photo, how do you do that? I have a Canon 60D and I've been looking online and can't find anything. Thanks for your help!

I got a 3 inch tall and 3 inch wide tattoo on my inner ankle 4 days ago. I am planning to go to a water park in 10 days. Can I use liquid band aid or vaseline on it because it should be almost done peeling and flaking by then? I want to keep it protected so I don't lose any color or get an infection! Right now I'm just using Lubriderm about 3 times a day.

I went to a cardiologist because I was having what felt like skipped beats in my chest. It would only happen like once or twice a week and I had no other symptoms along with it. She did an ekg which was normal and then an echocardiogram and she said I had very mild right ventricular enlargement and high blood pressure most likely due to sleep apnea because I am overweight. Well lately immediately following the skipped beat feeling I get a slight pain that radiates from my heart to my neck and down my left arm. It feels like a pinched nerve but I know it can't be that because it only gets aggravated immediately after a skipped beat. Does anyone know what this can be? I'm worried and am not going back to my cardiologist until May. I do not have shortness of breath, dizziness, or anything like that when this happens.

My husband has a 2012 Camaro and we were going down the road at night and there was a busted tire near the side of the road and he ran over it and it knocked the plastic bumper guard underneath the front bumper half off! What is is called so that we can buy a replacement?

I have a 2 and a half your old female pitbull. We got her when she was 6 weeks old. She is very sweet and loving to my husband and I and we decided we want to get another dog. So we brought the new dog home (full grown) and she FREAKED out and literally almost broke her crate trying to get at this poor dog. She was growling and barking and if she had been out of her cage I know she would have killed him. We are so upset because we want another dog so bad but with her being a pitbull and having dog aggression, can that ever happen?

MY CAT IS 9 MONTHS OLD AND GOT ALL HER SHOTS, WAS FIXED, AND MICROCHIPPED 2 WEEKS AGO. SHE WAS TESTED FOR EVERYTHING BY THE VET AS WELL. 2 nights ago my dog aggravated my cat while she was sitting on the floor next to my feet (I was sitting on the couch) and the claws went flying and hit my foot in the process. One claw went through a vein that is near the top of my foot and blood was pouring down my foot onto the carpet. Now it is all blue around it but its not sore to the touch so that means its not a bruise and blood is leaking under the skin. Do I need to go to the doctor? This randomly started happening to me about 3 weeks ago and it's getting worse. When I stand up from a sitting or lying position, my heart feels as if it slows way down, I can feel those very slow heart beats pound and it sort of takes my breath away (not like during a palpitation though), and takes me about 30 seconds to recover, and my heart rate to return to normal. What could be causing this. My doctor listened to my heart with a stethescope, had me lay down, sit up, and lay down again and breathe in and out. All he said he could tell was that I did not have irregular beats, a murmur, or heart failure and sent me on my way. Also my blood pressure was a little high upon entering the office but when he took it with the handheld manual cuff it was 126/82 so he said he was not concerned about my blood pressure.

I know the law in Georgia says that at 14 a child can choose which parent he wants to live with but what if he says he wants to live with his father who lives with his girlfriend (they are not married but have lived together for 6 years now) They do not have children together but the girlfriend has a 16 year old son. They make very good money and have a nice home. Will the judge tell him he cannot live with his father because he is not married to his girlfriend?

My husbands W-2 for 2011 says he made a total of $88,596.42 and the total federal witholding was only $8,835.00 Did our accountant screw us because to me that seems like she took out way too little? Are we going to wind up owing?

Just in case you need this we live in Alabama and she withheld $3,344.74 for state. Under social security she withheld a total of $3,721.05 and for medicare she withheld a total of $1,284.65. Are we like totally screwed and if so can we make the cpa firm pay for it because we don't know how much is supposed to be taken out of his check every month. He gets paid twice a month and we are filing married jointly and I don't work. We have no children to claim either.

I got my tongue pierced 3 days ago and it hurts really bad just on one side. Also now there is a bump thing forming in front of the top ball. Below is a link to a picture I just took of it. Does it look infected or like scar tissue is forming or something? Do I need to just take it out in order to avoid further issues? Please ONLY REPLY IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH TONGUE PIERCINGS!
