Over the past 4 months I gave a total of $420.00 to my ex to help him avoid being evicted. When I first gave it to him I told him that he didn't have to pay it back, on the premise that we would be moving in together. We have since split up and he has clearly stated that he will give me my money back. His words were "I'll have your money to you in 2 weeks tops". That was a month ago. I have all our messages to each other and now really am in a bad spot and need my money back. What are my chances of getting it if I take him to small claims court? I live in Arkansas by the way.

Ok here is my story. My boyfriend, our daughter, and I have lived in the same trailer on the same land for 6 years now. We have a mortgage on the house but the land is not ours. It belongs to his family. His uncle served us with a paper yesterday stating that they have tried to resolve all issues with us unsuccessfully and we have until April 19th to move our trailer. The issue that he is talking about is a posting I made on facebook calling his wife a ***** bc she accused me of abusing our daughter which never happened. She came and banged on my daughter's window as I was putting her to sleep yelling at me saying she was going to come to my house and check my daughter for bruises. They took a picture of my Facebook post and made copies of it and have shown it to everyone in the family. They were able to spy on my account from another person's account. They also have been video taping our house for almost a year now. They don't even like us having friends over to visit. We never had an agreement for living on the land. Where our trailer sits is my boyfriend's mother's share of the land she has since passed away; we moved in and took over the mortgage payments on the house. My question is can they legally do this since we are not their tenants? Also can I do anything about them making us move away? Is this a wrongful eviction? I live in Arkansas by the way and am not familiar with the eviction laws here. Please only serious replies as this is a very important and personal matter to me. Preferrably answers form someone who knows about eviction laws please.

My head has been stopped up for 7 days now. It's so bad that my left ear is completely stopped up. It did hurt slightly the other day but now is just so stopped up I can't hear anything out of it. There is also a lot of pressure in my ears. My other ear keeps clogging up too but drains enough to where I can hear pretty clear out of it. I wanna know WHAT caused this? Why it has lasted so long, and how do I get it to go away? It's getting a lil annoying to say the least. I don't like to take any kind of meds but I think I may have to this time because it shows no signs of letting up. HELP!! :o/

My boyfriend has never had a driver's license and he got a ticket for driving without on1 last year...he forgot about the court date and had a warrant issued they never arrested him just gave him a court date when he got pulled over again; which resulted in a $900 fine and they tacked on driving with a suspended license. How can it be suspended when he never had one? They also seized the plates and tags on our vehicle. Well my bofriend needs to be able to go back and forth work to pay for his fine...is there any way he can get a hardship license? Or get his own while still paying his fine? I can't help him either because my license IS actually suspended. We have to have transportation and a cab is just not affordable because we live so far away from his job. SERIOUSLY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!???

I just got a pit bull puppy and he seems healthy but he sleeps all the time. Is this normal I think he is almost 6 weeks.

My daughter has a bump on her bottom close to her pantyline it started out looking like a mosquito bite we put a band aid on it like 3 or 4 days ago and she hasn't complained about it until today well the bump was considerably bigger and very hard like a knot. Her dad scraped off the top of it. It was like a pin sized opening and I came to look at it and told him it looks like a boil and to squeeze it. Alot and I mean ALOT white pus came out. It is also hot to the touch. I Think it's a boil bc I have had them before, never had a spider bite so don't know they key symptoms to look for. PLEASE HELP!! and thanks. Also I would like to add that we put peroxide on it and some bactrine spray for the pain and have an ice pack on it right now to try and alleviate the swelling any other suggestions?

I was using my neighbor's WiFi for about 8 months and then all of a sudden the signal was just gone and has been that way for 2 months could it be that they saw what activity I was doing and decided to kick me off or what I wanna know how to pick up the signal again. THANKS.

My arms go numb or "fall asleep" when I am sleeping. This happens every night and it's worse in my right arm. I broke my wrist on that arm twice and had to have 1 surgery on it. Does that have anything to do with the numbness. Also, is there anything I can do to stop it bc it wakes me up all through the night.
