2 AnswersOther - Cultures & Groups9 years agoThe root cause of Corruption being over looked?
Their r various root causes for predominant corruption which v all r over looking :-
a) The mother is donation to over political parties : which is repaid/collected naturally by the politicians along with huge provisions for next election. The average expenditure on election of an MP is over 10 crores, (to 50 crores) as estimated by various surveys, for an MLAs is also more then 5 crores. It means a huge amount of 525 MP x 10 = Rs 5,250 crores, n 2000 x 5 MLA = Rs 10,000, i.e.more then 15000 crores expenditure by one candidate X 5 such candidates of various parties over all 75000 crores in every election. Equal amount our politicians save for hay days, then equal to their sum by our businessman behind the facilitators. The swiss bank n hawala r their hide outs.
b) No justice to poor over 5 lakhs cases pending in courts, no likely hood for next 30 years. Where as culprits with money r not behind the bars, they pay huge amount to our intellctual advocates.
c) Every lower court is full of bribe n corruption spreading to high courts as observed by SC. Scene is known n can b recorded visiting any court. The advocates charge fee according to services, a criminal advocate provisions the bail, police manupulation n court gimmicks. U will not find a advocate denying take up of a case of a criminal. Where our morals gone.
d) Our intellectuals the advocates, tax consultants, sold out TV channels saves the culprits for vested interest.
e) The bureaucracy handicapped by powerful toess in line n also take the dip in holi waters of corruption for easy n vested interests.
f) Our business man equally wise taking advantage of system failures, have no hesitation in cheating the public by low quality/no services, high spirling prices less quantity and duplicate supplies.
g) The system has so made the youth desperate, vunerable to crime.
h) Low moral values, knowing full well that certain people r corrupt, they stillenjoy respect in society, as man is assessed by his possessions.
i) The country is not capable to punish the henious crimes, like 1000s of crores of like financial corruption, broad day murderers, drug peddalers, adultered milk, oil, drug factory oweners, parliament attackers, Jessica or Nethali bruchers; what can b expected of small crimes.
j) A law abiding citizen is afraid to go to a Police Station for lodging FIR for pity crimes, fearing harrassments of our so called protectors.
k) The people in Military or police r now equally being exposed.
Let us collectively awake our self to evolve system failures. Our Democracy has been converted in corruptocracy. Awake my country man v can leave the mess un-attended.
