The root cause of Corruption being over looked?

The root cause for flourishing of corruption in India is politicization of the same. If instead of politicizing the issue, we make an earnest endeavor to tackle it, India will not take long to become the most prosperous country in the world.

And which party gains most by politicizing corruption, we all know!

The root cause no. 1) Ruling - Oppositon kind of democracy. The public is devided into supporters of either ruling or opposition. The corruption charges get converted into pro or against sentiments related to a party. So a collective overall sentiment against corruption is not built. We have to think an alternate way. Y at all an opposition is needed. In China there is no opposition. Is there any corruption there?

The root cause no. 2) Party democracy. Y at all a political party? The constitution has everything already written clearly that a party puts in its manifesto. Then y a different manifesto is required. Do they have no trust in the constitution? If they have any thing to add or delete in the constituition they can ask for amendment. Do they ever ask? The whole idea of political party is based upon baseless notions whch have no roots in public and it only creates unwanted hatred and statement war among leaders of defferent parties and their supporters. See the history of popular leaders. A B Vajpayee, Sardar Patel, J P, Lohia, Gandhi or even Manmohan Singh. They were popular because they rose above political ideologies. So instead of party leaders, independent candidates should rule the country. They will not have party bias in dealing with corruption issues. Political party system itself should be abolished. An amemdment is required to this effect. But who will bring it. Not a party leader. So v have to vote for a whole independent parliament first. A gr8 mission indeed.

The root cause no. 3) Y a man elected for 5 years term rules over the administration whch has people with tens of years of exeperience or more? A stupid leader transfers or punishes an honest and able officer in minutes. At least 5 years administrative exeperience (with a Very Good CR) should b made compulsory for fighting for MLA and ten years exeperience for MP. 15 years exeperience for becoming CM and 20 years for PM. Of course a tenure of exeperience as an elected leader can b counted as exeperience. This way the assemblies and parliament will be full of administrative people who will have at least 5 years administrative experience or more and will better understand the realities and will better co-ordinate with administration.

The root cause no. 4) The administration itself requires a drastic reform. Wrong people seem to rise to high positions very often. CR of an officer should b prepared not only based upon his senior's perception but also the opinion of the juniors of the concerned officer to be considered b4 writting final CR. Thus every officer will write an extra CR related to his immediate senior which will be produced to the senior of his immediate senior. The responsibility of keeping the report confidential will of course lie with the receiver of CR. Thus an officer will consider his juniors report also while evaluating a sub-ordinate's performance. This will bring a check in ushering a wrong Very Good or a wrong Bad CR. This will ensure that only truly Very Good people rule the administration and subsequently they will only qualify for fighting an election.

These are some root causes. but there are many.

1) The Constitution it self is a big problem. In the name of constituion political leaders are exploiting and looting indians. Constitution says every body is same and at the same time it provides reservations in the name of castes. Today a lowercaste fellow can file an atrocity case to any officer(who is ethical- i agree that very few are ethical) in the name of caste.

They same Manusmriti is wrong, but what about this provision in constituion.

2). Judiciary is a big Fart in our country.

3). In indian democracy There is No one who takes or ready to take responsibility. I mean there is No Entity like King who is the Superior or can Take a Decision(No matter good or bad). The Power is distributed. In a company there will be a Boss who can take decision to grow hi company. He can remove any employ who does not work or become arrogant and escape from work. But In Indian government Every body is equally powerful that means, there are 100s of Bulls running a single cart.

How can we sure about its direction.

We need a Hitler who can dictate the India. Its a Must. He must be give full powers only for a short period. Just like That Anil Kapoor movie Nayak.

The Best way is all Yahoo answer people of Same ideology will unite and fight like terrorists but with a theme that to save India(the land) and Indians(those who live in india Ethically) until the goal is reached.

As soon as a man sits on a seat of power, the corruption starts circling him like black oil and it soon corrupts the man. The soltion lies in making systems corruption-proof. Human beings can't be corruption proof. Transperancy in public affairs is one way to reduce corruption. If corruption is 5000 years old, since time of Duryodhan, then it will stay whatever one may do.

MAN but he is loosing the fight . It rains so much that the plants will take back the land before u know it is happening. Most land that is cleared for farming will loose the top soil and will not be any good for farming,but as soon as man leaves the Forest will take it back and start building the top soil . Things grow so rapid I have Sean fence post sprout and start to grow,or it will take back a small road in a month,

The root cause of corruption is money. It has always been with us. Until human nature changes, it is not going away.
