I've been going to a beauty salon for awhile. When i go she trims my dead ends wrap my hair up the wrapping lotion and spritz. Then allow it to dry and I allow the weave to stay in for a least 3 and a half weeks. The trick to removing tracks from your hair you use rubbing alcohol massage the tracks out your hair. This prevents your hair from coming out. Then you shampoo your hair conditioner and moisturizer. After all that if you need a perm you have to wait a least one week to get it done. All you have to is keep your ends trim take proper care of it and your hair will grow. People don't take proper care and always complain that there hair comes out. If you go to a professional to get it done you would not have no issue. When i took my out my tracks my hair didn't come out it's all about taking care of it. Word of advice never put tracks on your scalp.
