Workout advice?
I am looking for a good workout to burn fat. There is a running path close to my home. What’s a good running running workout to lose fat?

I store all my weight around my lower belly in a muffin top kind of way.... so my waist which is the smallest part of my belly above my belly button is a healthy 29 inches. However if the tape measure is around my belly button or below its 38 inches.
Where is the waist measurement meant to be taken from?

So I have been feeling a little heavier recently but didn’t think much of it.... then I went the other day to get into my pants and they didn’t even get over my bum! Let alone cover my stomach....
So I tried any work shirt on... I was thinking okay this isn’t too bad... then lifting my arms up and realised sticking out at the bottom was a massive fat roll. I thought okay... i can cover this... sat down and my fat wasn’t peeping through all the buttons in the shirt... oh dear.

Over the last few months the pounds have really piled on... after Xmas and thanksgiving and Easter getting started I really let myself go. All my weigh goes to my belly and my belly is really starting to jiggle when I walk and form rather large rolls when I sit down.
I felt really motivated the other day so went to the gym. How to be horrified that my belly was really too large to use on some of the equipment eg I couldn’t see what I was doing due to my belly being too large... and the rolls sitting on my upper legs....

Whenever I put on weight it will go straight to my belly. I was walking the other day and noticed it was jiggling slightly.
Then I was at the gym on a machine sat down. And put the corner of my eye I could see this huge mound of a belly. I looked down and yep, 2 massive fat rolls with a smaller one on top. I thought no biggie right? Everyone has fat rolls when they sit down. I stood up and was horrified to see it didn’t really go.... my belly hangs right over the edge of my pants even when standing up.
Is it too fat?????

I sit down and there are two medium size rolls which sit on top of eachother with the lower one rolling over the top of my pants and just touching my legs but when i stand up they dont go?

so i have really let myslef go this year, by this i mean, no gym, no food restrictions.
I have steadily put on weight all year around 5-8 pounds every month. And this on top of thanksgiving and christmas has gone too far!
I expected my clothes to be a little tighter but i went to put my workout clothes on today (New year, new me, gym kinda attitude) and they barely went over my butt!!
I finally got them up and hanging over my waistline... yup you got it two massive fat rolls. with another smaller one sitting on top. i then went for my gym top which barely covered the first small fat roll let alone the two massive tires which is now my gut!
where do i start!!

I know it’s normal to hve belly fat rolls when you sit down as it’s when your skin all piles together but i was in the gym the other day and I had fat rolls sitting down and when I stood up they didn’t go!
Standing up I had one larger roll which rolled just over the edge of my pants and one small roll which kinda sat on top of that. Is this normal to have???
The only other thing I noticed was that because it was going over the edge of my pants does this mean my pants are too tight? But I still have the roll on top of that
