besides food, bills, car insurance, rent clothing where the fvck am i supposed to get extra money to pay for health insurance, does any one knows how to get one that don't cost the only money left ihave, i feel this country is running the biggest ponzy scheme when it comes to health.

so the question is...?

should i buy the galaxy s2 for $200 with 4g

the victory for $200 with LTE

or should i fork the extra $133 for the galaxy s3 with LTE.

i figure that i can sell this phone down the line ones is time to up grade again.

I am using seitan now but I'm a new i have a couple of questions.

First and i understand that even body had different organisms but.

Can you eat seitan every day since gluten seem like a very hard substance to digest?

I am making seitan from scratch i am using bob's red mill whole wheat for this.

The texture is fine the smell is ok but the taste of wheat is over powering. Do you guys know any whole wheat that had a more subtle taste? i will try many others but this is where i started.

I was using soy and tofu as my first substitute but i found out why people that uses too much of the stuff seem to act rather afeminated. I found the danm think is toxic and also contain estrogen like hormones, i am a male and i am struggling to obtain more testosterone in my diet why would any man consume estrogen?

So again the empty void that fleshy meat has left still un occupied until now hopefully...

Not giving up on my quest to search the substitute i have found this substance meat like that i have not try yet and hopefully it will be the one that occupied the sit. I am talking of saiten or seitan or satan I'm not even sure of its pronunciation. What i know is that it is wheat gluten and that is the next substitute for tofu or meat.

Soy is definitely out of my diet, i don't care if it is the next greatest thing. i am Not eating anything that has or could have feromones.

This is going to go long but i think is serious question and i need answered.

I am cutting my meat consumption hopefully to nothing i just don't enjoy it as much as i used to just the smell of chicken give me nausea now.

So i have being using soy heavily as a substitute and i thought i have found the holy grail. Until yesterday when i developed kidney inflammation and i am afraid is for all that soy milk i have being using.

it feels like a sharp pain on both sides of the lower back.

So that prompt me to make a research and read claims of soy having a dark side. Natural hormones, thyroid irregularities and what not.

I came to the conclusion that it can't be worst that all of that animal products a have being consuming all this year's but using it alone can't be that beneficial.

To those that have studied the matter i would like to ask for knowledge not in soy i think i have enough information to use it moderately now.

But substitute in soy milk that have enough protein and tofu that can be use in combination.

I really don't want to go back to meat now but tofu has truly stop any cravings that i had of animal protein and going completely vegan is not an option too me. My metabolism will not allowed it craves too much protein.

I have try going 100 % vegy before but then my mind starts playing tricks on my body sending false signs of starvation prompting it to crave nasty and greasy stuff that has not happen since i use soy but i can't risk having kidney failure.

I want to keep using soy but not as heavy.

The thing is that soy is cheap ( usually around $1 dollar a pound) and you can tell is highly nutritious but until my body gets use to it i can't completely depend on it.
