With the Republican party running the US into so much debt in the last 7 years...?

12 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoWhat is the orange drink they have at the post race press conference?
I have always wondered. For those of you in the US, it reminds me of the old orange aid we would get from McDonald's when it was burger day in grade school. (it tasted like crap too...lol)
7 AnswersFormula One1 decade agoDo you think Scott Dixon will carry the #1 next season on his car?
or do you think the IRL is trying to identify its drivers with their numbers similar to NASCAR?
Personally I love the last years champion driving the #1 the following season. It is an honor to have the #1 in my eyes. (heck, I would love to see NASCAR have the previous seasons champion run the #1 also)

to another club, who pays his salary?
Also, are there any transfer fees invloved?
Lastly, can a player be loaned to another team when the transfer window is closed?
3 AnswersEnglish Football (Soccer)1 decade agoWhy is NASCAR resistant to call the first 26 races the 'regular season' and the last 10 races the 'playoffs'?
To me, it makes sense to call it the regular season and playoffs so the casual sports fan can better understand. Heck, for me...I like hockey but their regular season is too long to me. I usually only follow the last month of the regular season then the playoffs. I am sure NASCAR could pick up some fans for just the 'playoffs' at least.
7 AnswersNASCAR1 decade agoWhy does NASCAR base the Chase for the Championship off of the Drivers Points instead of Owners Points?
NASCAR wishes to compete with the 'stick and ball' sports billing itself as a team sport now, yet they continue to put focus on the drivers instead of the team as a whole.
Plus, if their driver is injured and cannot run the first lap then get out of the car for a replacement driver the entire team is penalized for losing the drivers points for the race.
