I went to the doctor`s 4 days ago and he diagnosed me with pharyngitis(acute). He said I should be ok after about 4 days. But what I wanted to know is if I can go for a run yet or if its too early or wait...

So... I had my tooth fixed up about a week ago. So at first 2 days it was sensitive and hurt a bit but thats probably just normal. But now suddenly like more than a week later it has started to hurt. It can stop but then it starts again. I went to the dentist and she said everything was ok... there were no holes. But shes probably not one of the best dentists out there.. I need some advice from other dentists. What should i do? Wait it out? Please HELP!

I`m gonna buy creatine monohydrate (100%) and i don`t know how it`s best to use it. Should i do loading cycles (Like 1st week 10g, 2nd,3rd week 5g 4th week none or something) or should i take just 5g all the time? Should i take it before or after my workouts or both? And how often should i use it. I lift weights 3 times a week, swim once a week and do cardio once a week.

Me and my friends were smoking legal weed (spice) and drinking at the same time and after a while puked. Since then my heart hurts from time to time and when i take in a deep breath i can sort of feel it.
