I use MS Office Professional 2010 for business. Can I work with my commercial files on home and student and then go back to professional 2010 and it still be allowed commercially?

ohio. civil credit case. Judge gave the plaintiff the motion for summary judgement. The plaintiff later requested a 60 day extension to file summary judgement and got it. However, the plaintiff missed the deadline to file it. the last note the court has on file is the extension request 70+ days ago. So it has been 70+ days and the plaintiff had 60. My deadline to respond is over, but i have nothing to respond to.

what should i do at this point.

am i still required to respond to nothing saying i got nothing?

do i file a motion?

is judge waiting for me to do something?

I thought I had until the 4th when later I noticed it was actually the 3rd to send out discovery to plaintiff. The judge has granted plaintiffs motion for summary judgment and now I await there summary judgment. Is there any way to allow me to send them discovery and hold the summary judgment issuance until I get discovery? I am in Ohio.

I'm currently being sued by a jdb in civil court ohio and I'm making payments to the lawyer currently towards the account by way of debt program. I didn't put them on the program until after the suit started, but i was trying to prevent the lawsuit from continuing. So much for that !! They haven't accepted the proposal, but the checks are clearing. Will the judge throw the case out for this or what would he possibly do?

pc3000 memory will work on a pc2100 system, it will just be the speed of the pc2100. But will pc4000 work too? They say they are backwards compatible, but I'm not sure if pc4000 is the same memory type.

I want to refinance my mortgage and I want to start a home business before doing so. It would have no employees and I would still keep my current job. My home business will not require any due balances or credit lines to increase my debt. Would mortgage companies see the worry that I would quit my regular job or would they trust that I would maturely handle the mortgage payments? In other words, would I have no problems getting refinanced under these conditions. My credit score is about 650 and I've been at my current job for 1 1/2 years but have had steady employment for a long time. I have also paid my mortgage on time for 12 months.
