I go to the gym every morning at 7 am and then take them off for 3 hours before i go to work. I usually get home around 10 pm. I've been using Opti free but I heard great things about Clear Care. I want to use Clear Care but at the same time I don't know how to go around with that gap between 10 am (after the gym) and 1 pm (when I go to work). I don't want to overwear my contacts thats why. Can I use both?

I am setting up an african rift tank. I did my research and all but i'm still confused on the compatability of the different cichlids in the different lakes. can you mix cichlids from different lakes?

My vision of the tank i'm setting up is like this: only medium size fishes..proabbly 4-5 inches?..colourful ones likes the yellow lab...i'm gonna paint the back of the tank black with white sand. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I have a 55 gallon tank with two running canister filters.

I just bought a bristlenose pleco and I have 3 burmese loach in my current tank. Will they be ok? I'm worried that they're gonna fight over the same hiding spots.

yeah so I bought two of my canister filters from a seller (coz its cheaper) and I forgot to ask him how to clean them. When I tried cleaning them, water just come out,,,and yeah theres water everywhere!! What should I do? Do I have to plug or pull a lever or something? Thanks!

I need an air pump that does not make too much noise as my tanks is in my bedroom. What brands/models would you guys recommend?

They're new in the tank. I have three Discus..about 4-5 inches. They are all together in the corner of my tank. Should I be worried? What should I expect in the next few days for new Discuses in a tank? They didn't eat tonight though.

I thought they were trapped for the first time so I freed them but now theyre doing it again. What does this mean?

Today, I added cardinal tetras and 3 golden burmese loaches in my 55 gallon tank. They seem to be doing fine buy my burmese loaches have been swimming around tirelessly since this afternoon (it's evening now). I'm starting to get worried. Is this behaviour normal? What should I do?

So I was doing chest press and I think I may have tilted my head too much. As I was lifting the barbell, I heard some kind of cracking. Now my neck hearts (or where the neck joins the shoulders). It feels like a really bad stiff neck. I hope I didn't break a bone or anything. So what do you think it is? This happened on Monday and I've taken a break from going to the gym for two days now and it makes me restless -_-..when is it safe to go back?

I have a 55 gallon and I currently have a marineland c-220 canister filter. I want my water extra clean for discus so I was wondering if I could place another canister filter in there?

or if you have any fishes that would be compatible with the discus!

I have a 55 gallon tank with a canister filter and I don't know what fish(es) to get. I'm currently leaning on Discus with a black ghost knife and a few corys/otos. I don't know if that's a good idea but I read (on some sites) that this can be done. I really want a beautiful, exotic community tank. I looked on kissing gouramis and they look nice!

Any setup advice is greatly appreciated :)

I will start taking care of cichlids soon. This will be my first time so do you guys have tips on how to take care of them? Also, I see cichlids labelled as "african cichlids" in pet shops. Are they the same?

PS: I'm not new to owning pet fishes. My family has owned a silver arowana before. We currently have 4 goldfishes.
