I just bought the z2 turtle beach earphones which use the 3.5 jack which I new was a mistake but best buy wasn't open so I reinstalled on sound card onto my motherboard and at 1 point i have heard a sound from something I cant figure this out I have no sound or mic so if you can tell me how to fix it that would be great, or remote into my comp and I will give you 25 dollars to fix it yourself I will be on the other end to do any thing necessary I'm just fed up with trying to fix it.
