How do you know you have worms?
Okay well for the past couple months ive been able to eat alot. I wouldnt say it was random, I was actually trying to be able to eat more.. by eating more lol. I slowly increased my meal sizes etc.
But im just wondering, because I can eat a fair bit now, and a lot of the time still feel hungry afterwards.
Is this normal or can I have some sort of parasite? I have been trying to eat more to gain weight, in a healthy manner of course.
Are there signs that I can see that I have a parasite? I haven't noticed anything different.

I'm wondering what the rules are about taking Facewash and creams of the such.
Can I take any at all? Is the a limit to how much you can take?
Moisturising Sorbelene Cream, Soap Free face and body wah, and Lucas Papaw ointment. Whats the go with these products?
If I can't take those, can you buy Papaw or something similar in Thailand/Kuala Lumpur?

I understand that to get bigger, working out is only half the answer. So Id just like to know a basic diet to gain weight and muscle. I know you have to take into consideration your own specifications so if you can give me a rough idea on what I should eat I can work around that :)

Ok well I weigh roughly 65kg and when I first started taking exercising seriously I could only do 5-10 chin ups and that's it. But now I'm able to do 35 with perfect form after a couple months. Other guys that weigh more than me, and are more muscular can barely even do 10.
OR are chin ups just a repetition thing? The more you do, the more you get used to it?

It says the amount of sets to do with each exercise. I know what that means, but what I don't know is..
FOR EXAMPLE, Do I do each different execise, example, Lunges,step up, squat, deadlift etc... One after the other and repeat until I've done the required sets?
OR do I do one exercise, rest, repeat that exercise until I've done the required sets?

Ok well I haven't exactly been following the P90X program, I've just chosen what workouts I wanted to do haha.
But anyway, I'm no gym junkie, and know little about gaining muscle etc. Apparently P90X isn't the way to go to gain muscle mass and bulk up?
So I'm wondering if there is any other workout programs out there that are able to be done at home that will help with bulking up.

Ok well yesterday I signed myself onto a $49 Postpaid Vodaphone mobile contract.
I was previously with Optus on Pre-Paid.
Now they said I can keep my number from Optus and it can take up to 48 hours to transfer my number from Optus to Vodafone.
Does that mean I can't use my new phone to call people or go online with it until my number is transfered?
At the moment I it just says emergency calls only. I can use the phone but can't call people etc.
It's a Samsung Galaxy S2.

Ok well, I have a workout I follow and it's working, but I have a naturally small framed body. I know guys the same height, or even smaller than me, and they just have larger framed bodies. I'm just clueless on a diet plan though, I just need someone to give me a little outline of what I should me eating :).
If someone could just give me a simple diet plan to help build muscle that'd be great. And by simple I mean stuff I can just buy from the grocery store and takes little or no time to prepare. I just don't have the time at the moment.
Breakfast:
Morning Snack:
Lunch:
Afternoon Snack:
Dinner:
Something like that. I can only workout in the afternoon/night time when I get home from work, and I take a protein shake afterwards.

Ok well, I have a small framed body. I know people who are the same height as me, or even shorter, but have way bigger body mass. My bones are just, small? I have really small wrists, calfs etc.
I started working out around the start of this year, but have been really lazy up until about 2 months ago. I've definitely gotten bigger since then, everyone says I look buff now, compared to how small I used to be,
Anyway, I have a workout routine I'm following and it's working to a certain point. BUT, I'm clueless on a diet.
I'm not following a diet at all, I'm still eating fast food, junk food and stuff like that.
Pretty much only because I've no idea on how to build a diet.
I've skimmed through stuff that tells you what's good for you etc, but I;m not the guy to put stuff like that together.
If someone could just tell me a basic diet to follow, I'll eventually catch on. Read more, make changes to it etc. But yeah, if someone could just give me a little guide that'd be much appreciated.
I don't want anything really complicated right now since I'm really busy at the moment. Just stuff I can shoot down to the grocery store and buy.

I can only do my workouts in the afternoon or night time, whenever I get home from work. I take a protein shake after my workouts.
I drink 3-4 liters of water a day.
