Well, here I am, locked out of my Gmail account. I tried the Forgot your password thingy and it gave me 2 options:

#1: Send SMS with verification code to my phone (I'll address the problem in a moment)

#2: Fill up a bunch of info that I don't remember (So basically, I only have 1 option)

I chose #1 and typed in my phone number CORECTLY. Google sent me a message: "Your Google verification code is Google". I was weirded out a bit and tried typing in "Google" but of course, it didn't work. Now I'm still locked out. Can anyone help?

So I was wondering if there is any different between an infrared mouse and a plain-old red-LED'd optical mouse or it's just a gimmick. If there is a different, please state and explain. Thanks in advance.

So I recently bought a MSI GE-60 (with the GTX660m and i7-3630QM). The temperature at idle is pretty good: 35-40C. But, when I play some games like TF2, it starts going up over 80C. So my question is how do I make it cooler? I already have a cooling pad and I turned on the laptop fan. I don't care about noise (as long as it isn't a jet engine) and power consumption, I just want something that performs well enough (somewhere between 60C and 70C, or better) and isn't too cumbersome (I'm in a dorm).

I'm going to buy a drawing tablet and I found the Wacom Intuos 5 is pretty good. But the active area looks pretty small. I don't know if I should get a bigger Bamboo Create or just stick with the Intuos 5. My laptop has a 15.6'' screen btw. So... help?

I have Internet Download Manager and it's being so slow recently.I can only get 500KB/s out of it. I have a 12Mbps line and nobody else is using the Internet. Speedtest.net also gave me12 Mbps result. I tried modifying the configs; nothing changed. It's a bit odd because it only go max speed on YouTube and YouTube only (1.5MB/s). I just re-installed my Windows yesterday (clean install) and things didn't change. I'm currently using Windows 7 Ultimate Service Pack 1 x64. Here's my specs:

CPU: Intel i5-2400 Quad-core @3.1GHz

GPU: Gigabyte Nvidia GeForce GT440 DDR3 1GB

RAM: Kingmax DDR3 8GB 1333MHz

MOBO: Asus P8H67-V

HDD: Seagate 500GB

I saw this super hydrophobic paint and they claim no water will stick on painted surface. I'm wondering what would happen if you pour the paint into water?

So I found a laptop on the road a yesterday. It was heavily scratched up the screen had a crack and there were no branding whatsoever. It wouldn't turn on so I brought it home to do further testing. I could only remove the battery because there were no screw anywhere on the case. Anyway, I pulled out my multimeter and the battery read 0V. I left it on my desk and went to bed because it was really late. Suddenly, in the middle of the night, there was a loud noise coming out from my desk. I woke up and saw the laptop booted up with Windows ME (such a good choice, I know). I browsed through the files and I saw a some folders. I clicked on one of them and it was a games folder. There was only 1 game. I tried to play it. It was Mortal Kombat. I'm a huge fan of Mortal Kombat so I played it for a while after I saw the character selection menu. It had every characters that I've ever known and there was a "Custom" button. I clicked it and oddly enough, I was able to make a guy that looked just like me. I was very excited so I clicked play. But, it gave me an error and the game crashed. The error said "Error: You are not going to survive!". I thought "What the heck is this?!". After that, I thought this was a prank made by someone. I looked at the other folder and I see the video file that had just been created and it was me, the game recorded my reaction, apparently. I started to laugh because that was a good one. I started to looked at the other video and I saw a little girl. She was messing with the game, just like me. But when the error popped up, she screamed in agony. She stood up and her stomach was pierced right though. I was creeped and closed the video. Then I looked to the side and found the battery pack was still laying next to my multimeter. I was scared and I jumped back.the computer started to behave weirdly. The wallpaper started flashing and changed it's color to red. The screen then popped up an error message saying "Can't run... Can't hide... Can't survive...". And it showed my head splitted like banana peels. I screamed loudly but nobody yelled back a thing. My neighbors are gone. I tried to run outside, but, when I opened the door, well, there was literally nothing there. It was just an empty void filled with darkness. I slammed the door shut and went back to bed, telling to myself that this was just a dream. I felt a cold breeze flowing through my blanket. I peeked outside and it was morning. It was a relief because I knew it was just a dream, a weird one. But just when I went to my desk, the computer was there, turned on without any batteries. The screen was still dark red and the icons were distorted. I threw the whole laptop out of my window into a dumpster then I went to work, thinking that everying is ok now. But when I returned home, the laptop is still on my desk. The screen showed a message saying "Prepare...". I felt scared. I've never felt scarier in my life, even when I had my worst nightmare. The door suddently closed behind me, the lights started to flicker, the laptop started to move. I screamed so loud my throat started to hurt. My neighbor started to yell back at me. I took this chance and called for help. They broke down my door and I was saved. But when they broke down my door, everything just stopped. Everything just went back to normal. My neighbor thought that I was crazy and even I thought so. I went to my friend's and asked him. He didn't know. He told me to go ask the Internet, someone might know the answer. I went to Yahoo Answers and started typing this question. So my question is, how do I choose good potatoes for a dinner?

I use a 12mb/s Fiber Optic line. My result on speedtest.net is 12mb/s. My result on pingtest.net is A. I can stream HD videos normally, but I can only download files at about 200 - 300 kB/s. I turned off firewall. No anti-virus is on. My modem is 150mbps. IDM only gives me 300 - 400 kB/s. I scanned my computer. No viruses was found. I use Google Chrome. What's the problem with my internet?

So yesterday evening I found a phone on the road. I picked it up and I can't seem to turn it on. I saw no brand tag of any kind. Only a charging hole and I don't see a battery cover. The front and back camera lens were both broken. I couldn't find any brand that have the same port so I left it on my desk. I was waken up that night when I heard some loud, calm music came from my desk. I walked there. I saw the phone turning on. I saw a text message. I was curious so I opened the message. I only see the word "hello" and it was sent by "Unknown". I though this as some kind of prank so I replied "Hi!". It instantly sent me a message after that. I open it and it said "Please help me!". I was going to reply but the phone just shut down. About an hour later, it suddenlyturn back up. This time I was thinking of reply to that person immediately but it just said "No signal". So I decide to browse through the files and I saw a distorded video of a woman. I watch it and the women started to bleed through her eye and ears. She screamed in pain. I paused the video but it keeped on playing. I remove the battery but the phone was not turned off. I was scared. Suddenly, everything around me got darker and darker. After a while, I see a little bit of light peeking though a crack. I reach it and it was my windows. I open them up and it's already day time. I though to myself that was just a dream. I looked around and I found that phone. I realised this was not a dream. I looked outside and found a police car with an ambulance. I went outside, noticing the body bag so I decided to ask the officer what happened. He said a woman died here last night, her eyes and ear were bleeding a lot. I was scared shitless. I ran back to my room and threw the phone away. This evening, I felt something in my pocket. I pulled it out and it was the phone I threw away. I'm really scared right now. I already asked a bunch of people and they had no ideas. Please help me!

It's really laggy and bugs me the hell out. It seems to be very smooth if I move my cursor around and choppy when I leave the mouse alone. Any help?

I see those tools on my friend computers and I think it's great. I've search it but I can't find it. My friend said I press Alt+F4 to get it but doesn't seem to work. So anyone can send me a link to download it?
