I jump when I hear a loud noise, I jump when someone makes a move suddenly, I'll scream if someone yells in my ear or grabs me hard.

Why am I so jumpy?

It's been happening for almost a year.

I started taking the pill about 2 months ago, I have missed a few here and there but I have doubled up the next day. My boyfriend and I had sex and he came inside, it is the first day of the sugar pills and I haven't gotten my period yet.

I don't know if it because I'm stressing myself out, its the pills fault or I'm really pregnant.

I hit my head falling off a bed 2 months ago and I've been having memory problems. I can't remember what I did sometimes, what I've said or what has happened. This really worries me. I've met someone once, had a conversation with them for a while and they came up to a week later and I didn't know who they were. They told me who they were and how we talked, I kind of remembered but not fully.

This is just one of many examples.

I started college about a month ago and I've been dating this guy for about a month. In the beginning, they were friendly with each other and everything was fine. My roommate and I do everything together.

Now they started to hate each other's company and I can't be the middle ground anymore.

I just moved to another state to go to college and I already know I don't fit here. I went to this school for Marie bio and now I changed my major. I want to go to college back where I'm from for a fraction of this schools price. I can feel my sanity depleting. I'm barely eating or sleeping. Coming from a city, this college feels like its rural. I need to go home. The culture shock is too much for me to handle.

I'm going to college and dorming so I'm not paying rent or going food shopping. I'm trying to get a job in my college town. I figure I'll get 7-9 dollars an hour. I'll work maybe 2-3 days a week for a few hours. Can I afford it?

I'm thinking of leasing a 2013 Kia rio or a 2013 Nissan sentra.

I need Microsoft Word, the internet and I play the sims, black ops and tropico on it.

This has been happening to me ever since I can remember, I thought everyone had this but I found they didn't. I don't tell anyone. At first, I thought my eyes were underdelevoped and my mind was playing tricks on me. The older I got, I found out this was not the case. I was seeing shadow people walk around. It's pretty scary. This happens outside my home too. The other day I was running, I saw a figure run after me. But the one at my house, just watches me. I kinda of think it looks after me sometimes. I think whatever they are, they are just watching us. I don't really know. There is one around my neighborhood that is small and not like the rest. It's no longer a shadow, its a figure with details. I think whatever I have is getting worse. I'm afraid one day, I'll see them all the time.

There is one outside my home, that watches through the window. It scares me all the time and my cat sees it too. Even when I'm with other people, I can see it. That one scares me the most because I can feel it too.

I wish I can get help, or even talk to someone about it. I just don't want them to think I'm crazy.

Just last night, I woke up because the cross (like jesus kinda of cross) over my bed fell on my head, but It was on a shelf and I couldn't reach far enough to hit it.
