Why is it that people think startving themselves is going to make them loose weight? It slows their metabolism which makes them gain it back and more. So whats the point?

Im just sayin I dont get it. Your body needs alot of the neutrients of meat that supplaments cant give you. So why would you do a vegan diet at all?

I'm 14 years old, broad chested, weigh 217 (but my doctor says my weight is fine for my height and build) I'm 5 foot 11 inches. I currently bench 150 and have semi muscular arms. So this girl whom i like and am getting over friend zoned me on Monday. So i was like meh and i went on with my day. Then on Tuesday i found out she was spreading rumors saying i cried when she friend zoned me which i didn't cry. So now i"m tryin to get over her and get a new crush. But now people wont leave me alone.

I get teased now by douches sayin stuff like "cry babe" or "Does someone need a hug?" It's gettin on my nerves. Im a nice guy too so i dont have much that people can hold over me.
