Me and a friend are looking for a program that would let us record what we both are saying while speaking to each other over the internet. We are looking to make some podcasts, So basically I need some kind of program or internet site that lets us be in the same room or something and let us speak to each other while recording it at the same time, and will also let us save it to our computers.

Roomate forged two checks for a total of $19,000. He has been indicted and now is awaiting pre-trial. He has given back everything he bought with the money. Basically, he bought a car and a laptop with the two checks. He gave everything back and admitted everything, and apologized for everything. Although, the case was big enough to make it a state jail felony is Texas. He is a student, and works. Also has never been in trouble with anything in his life. No prior arrests or anything. What do you all think the punishment will be? Please no stupid remarks,

There are charges pending on my roomate. He has been indicted though. He recently applied for a job, the employer told them that he would more than likely hire him, and that he was going to make a background check just in case. This morning he got a call saying that the employer was not going to hire him because there were other "qualified applicants". Does this mean that the charges appeared in the background check? He has not even gone to court yet. We live in Texas bty. Thanks for all your help! =]
