I find it somewhat objectionable that he even gets to offer one without any sense of irony, given his recent two-year ban for EPO.

Do you not feel it has the potential to be restrictive and make Y/A less effective, as it can stifle debate?
Is it worth it to curb the activities of a small minority of trolls?
Is it just a case of Y/A not being able to police violation notices effectively and just going for the "nuclear" option?
