I have a misdemeanor warrent but they refuse to pick me up in the state I'm in. How often am I subject to arrest when crossing the border ? When I get arrested then release after the state refusing to come and get me... Will i get arrested again everytime I cross the border or will it be a 1 time thing?

I use to get high of marijuana very easy one or 2 hits would do but after 14 years of smoking I woke up and couldn't get high any more its a real weak buzz when I smoke and I smoked a 20 to see if any difference and still just a weak buzz when I use to get high off 1 hit
