    I'm Active Duty in the US Army and i'm wondering how the AGR program works? From what I understand it's like you're in the Guard or Reserve but you get the same pay, benefits, and such as the Active Duty. I would like to hear from Soldiers who are AGR or have been in the AGR program please.

  • Why do people in the Coast Guard think they are military?

    I'm in the US Army and almost every time I meet a person in the USCG we get into a discussion about the things that are different from the Army and the CG. Then I tell them "It's a good thing you're not in the military" and they go off on me. I don't mean it in a bad way but the USCG is not a military branch? Why does this offend them?
