    A varying width exclusive and perpetual easement for any and all purpose allowed by the Madera County zoning ordinance including but not limited to ingress/egress, public and private utilities, said easement being appurtenant to parcel #1 of lot split # 384, recorded in book 30 of maps on page 179. Madera County records, said easement being located within Parcel # 3 of the Parcel Map #285, recorded in book 20 of the Maps at page 43, Madera County records, and is more particularly described as follows:

    Beginning at the northeast corner of the said property #3: thence along the north line thereof S.76°43’31”E. 65.00 feet: thence S.3°52;40”W.45.00 feet tot a point on the south line of said parcel #3: thence N.0°13’07”E 300 feet to the PIOINT OF BEGINNING.

    The undersigned Grantees or their successors interest herby indemnify and not hold harmless grantors or their successors in interest from any liability that may arise as a result of any incident that may occur within the above described Easement.

    I have a deeded easement attached to my land that states “A varying width exclusive and perpetual easement for any and all purpose allowed by the xxxxxx county zoning ordinance including but not limited to ingress/egress, public and private utilities

    “ the person has started to build on and runs a shop on the easement. The county has red tagged the building(s), but said it’s a civil matter.

    It is my understanding to stop it as a violation of the easement; I would need to file for a writ?

    Is this something I would need a lawyer for or can I do it?

    I have tried to talk and deal with the individual, but was assaulted on my land when I gave him a cease and desist letter and then was charged by the DA for criminal trespassing after the assault report was made. That case was dismissed later after I provide I owned the land in question.
