Not getting visa in UK, canada or states. I guess it is related to some security issues.?

I am from bangladesh nd FBI personnel interviewd me about my involvement in possible terrorism. I told them that I am 100% innocent and all I dream of is obtaining PhD. I have full funding but they are not giving or rejecting visa. Its in pending processing stage since 2011 . Please tell me what I can do:(
