I'm having a really bad anxiety attack right now. I'm pissed at the world and feel like hurting myself! I can't release this anger inside me- I need to calm down but all I feel like doing is ripping my face off and digging my nails into my skin till I bleed !! Help I don't want to die but my mind keeps thinking of death! I'm so scared I don't know what to do I don't want to hurt my mom or myself!! There's a monster inside me and I just want to be free! Help

I had a bunionectomy three days ago and I got a short leg cast put on. The cast felt fine untill I felt like I was getting a blister on the back of me heel, where the cast rubs. Now, im pretty sure the blister popped and is now raw and open. Im also noticing that the skin around the cast edges are red and irritated with little rash-like patches. My toes are tingling and hurt! I know that its normal to experience some pain, but this is just unbearable, even with the proper amount of meds prescribed to me. I also have a mild fever and Im very hot, sweaty, and faint. My mom says its normal, but shes never had a cast on before and all the research I have done says I need to see my doc? Please help~ Thanks in advance.
