In The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, I have obtained the ability to transform into a werewolf once a day.

My question is, what are some towns that are fun to terrorize and have few/none/easy/quick/unimportant/radiant quests?

*I already killed everyone in Rorikstead

When I try to look around in ArmA 2, I can move fine, but when I stop moving my mouse, the crosshair/gun still moves a bit. This makes it hard to aim, is it intentional or can it be changed?

I have been working on a gaming pc build for awhile, and I wanted to know if this was good. Some games I will be running are Battlefield 3/4, Counter Strike Global Offensive, Minecraft, Black ops 2, Team fortress 2, and garrys mod.

Is any of it too overpowered/overpriced? I don't want to switch monitors, keyboards, mouses, or the Operation System.

Hello! I was wondering, do all Paypal donations have to be nonprofit? On the website it says only for things such as helping dogs find a home, but what happens if you don't follow this? Does it have to be followed?

Also, if it DOES have to be followed, what happens if it's NOT followed?

Lastly, if it DOES have to be followed, what qualifies as an acceptable donation reason? I have seen some Minecraft forums (A game where you can create mods by programming then post it for everyone to use) that some people have used a paypal donation button on it and haven't gotten it taken down or anything. Thanks!

Me and some friends are considering making a youtube gaming channel (Minecraft, left for dead, counter strike, other PC games) and wanted some tips.

For example,

- How much money do I actually need in total for the equipment (headphones, mic, recording software)

- Is it ok to have two numbers at the end of the name?

- Are there any tips for making our voices sound better in-game? (Like sounding more enthusiastic instead of bored)

Besides the advertisement money, is there any other way to profit from youtube?

I read something on youtube that said I could not use copyrighted songs/audio, and that even if I purchase it from iTunes, it still cannot be used. If I purchased, for example, Two Steps from Hell movie trailer music on iTunes, can I use it in a youtube video? If I can, can I also use that music and get money from advertisements for it?

I don't see any change when I scroll through them, the only difference I notice is between the default and any other.

I have a Toshiba Satellite C655-S5128, and a couple of days ago it wouldn't turn on. The 'power' light flashed on, then off. If I plugged i the charger, the charging light stayed on, and if I tried to turn it on while the laptop was plugged in, the power light flashed on for about 1 second, remained off for about 5 seconds, flashed on for about 1 second, and repeated this until i unplugged it. I tried taking out the battery and plugging it in, and after various battery tests I am convinced it is one of the internals of the laptop.

I took it to Bestbuy's GeekSquad, and they thought it was a motherboard problem. Before they took it, I bought a hard drive docker and saved my hard drive (just to be safe.) Before I found the time to bring it back, my friends pushed the power button on it, and it worked fine! My question is:

1. Does anybody know what is happening/happened?

2. Should I bring it back to Bestbuy's GeekSquad? (My warranty is almost over, so if the problem might recurr I would want to bring it there soon,)

Some background information:

- The laptop has randomly shut down before when in use

- The laptop once emitted a "beep code", but me, not knowing what it was at the time, did not listen to what the beep code was. I believe it MIGHT have been a overheating or memory issue.

- I often use the laptop on a blanket or table for 2-6 hours at a time, so it often becomes extremely hot.

If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated!
