Can you hide your comments on yahoo news stories?
So apparently, I found out everyone can see if I make a comment on a news story, even though I never set up that permission. WTF?? Sometimes I'm in a cynical mood and feel like making a random comment about a story that annoys me. It doesn't necessarily mean I want everyone in my address book seeing what I wrote! This really pisses me off and I might just stop using yahoo altogether because of this.
Anyway, is there a way I can make all my comments private, or does yahoo just insist on being a bunch of jackasses and blurting out all my stuff for everyone to see?
1 AnswerOther - Yahoo Products10 years agoWhy does facebook randomly close?
I don't know why, but for the past month or so, when I'm in facebook it'll just randomly close sometimes when I click on something. It will work normally for a while, then out of nowhere if I click on profile, a friends page, a comment, or any other link in facebook the tab I have open in firefox just closes. Anybody else having this problem lately?
1 AnswerFacebook1 decade agoWhy do they only pick attractive women as contestants on Minute to Win It?
Every time I turn on the show, there's a couple hot girls that are contestants. I have never seen anybody unattractive on that show. Don't get me wrong, I like watching hot girls, but something doesn't seem fair about that. You see fat or ugly people on Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy all the time, but not on Minute to Win It. Are they violating some kind of discrimination law or something?
1 AnswerOther - Television1 decade agoHow did she hide "marital status" on myspace?
My girlfriend's marital status suddenly disappeared from her myspace. All the other details are still there..."Here For", "Orientation", "Body Type"...but marital status is just gone. She claims she didn't do anything to make it go away, that it must be some glitch. She's clueless when it comes to computers, I even had to set up her space for her, so I'm inclined to believe her........but how could this happen? And if she did put in some code to make it invisible, what is it? I've looked all over the web and can't find anything to make ONLY the marital status disappear.....but it managed to get that way on hers...I'm perplexed here, can anybody fill me in?
