Im trying exercise everyday .. but sometimes i feel sooo ""not in the mood" ...

Actually for me is kind boring go to the gym since i have no friends in this city im living now...so i dont feel very motivated.... i have a treadmill at home, an Wii and that game Active Personal Trainer ..so right now im trying exercise at home but sometimes i dont feel estimulated at all

How can i feel more energy to exercise? what your guys tips plzzz help me?

Im from Brasil and i moved to USa a 6 months ago...

A 3 months ago i started feeling very weird in some situation i feel like im going to pass out and its very hard breath too.... That happens when im around a lot of ppl ... never at home alone with my husband..

One night we went in a restaurand and when we just got there i started to feel so bad i couldnt even hold my coke glass.... i hold my husbands hand and beg for us to leave.... im starting to think this is panic disorder symptoms... but i never felt like that before, im 26 yo ....maybe moving to another country could help this?
