Why did people want to be Red Guards during the Cultural Revolution?

Just because it seems a little small (something like 40 bands are only on there)

Ok so I want to begin dirt biking as a hobby and hopefully it will turn into something more.

I come from a family of sprintcar racers and go karters and we are now discovering dirt biking (well at least I am, but they will continue with the sprintcars and go karts) :)

I'm not sure exactly what information to provide, but:

- I'm 15 years old

- Weight 57 kg (126 lbs)

- Height 165 cm

- I'm a girl (if you havent noticed my avatar :P)

Please include cost if possible

Also, what is the necessary and optional gear needed for this sport?

eg: helmet, gloves, certain shoes, suits needed

and generally what stores supply this gear?

If you can't answer all these questions it's ok, but my biggest concern is finding a good bike to begin with!

Ohk, well right now I'm 15 but I'm thinking about what I'll get tattooed when I'm 18..

I've never had a close person pass away or anything, so choosing a tattoo hasn't been very obvious, but recently I've become fixated on the idea of having a picture of a small "island" (about 4 cm wide and long) tattooed at the back of my right hip.

My explanation for this tattoo:

-I am known for being distracted by my daydreaming and I tend to wander off to my little "island"

-My favourite song is titled "island"

-I am very different to my family members (black sheep if you will) and I feel kind of disconnected, but I want to reflect this in a positive way

I recently bought a playstation one game from eBay - the seller I got it off said the game was in good shape and although it had scratches on surface of the disk, it did not affect gameplay. This seller has lots of praise on his profile for selling efficient products, truthful claims, etc.

However, when I inserted the game into both my ps1 and ps2, it did not work. All the game does is go to the starting screen (an image of the "playstation" sony logo) and then fades to black, and remains black. I have tried cleaning it repeatedly, cleaning my playstations etc.

What could be the problem and how can I fix it?

Even though everyone should try to maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle, etc,

should a person with a fast metabolism eat more (not necessarily in calorie or fat content, but generally just "more") than a person with a slower metabolism?

(not in the sense that makes them weigh the same, but in the sense that to be healthy they should be eating more)

Preferably after Vietnam War (not recent impacts)

does Iago's repeating "put money in thy purse" mean for Roderigo to obtain money to impress Desdemona, or for Roderigo to make more money so that he may pay Iago more to be his match maker, or does it possibly have another meaning?

Yeh so I woke up this morning and have found that under my right armpit (further than the very beginning of the breast) a tender spot which is quite painful to touch

(I know it's gross) but last week I had 4 facial boils (small but still visible) as a result of using an acne cleanser (nutrimetics)

I don't know if the tenderness under my armpit is maybe another boil? (especially becuase I didn't use the cleanser on that area) and it feels kinda lumpy, but it's hard for me to examine any further because the pain of touching it

it hurts to raise my arm aswell

what could it be?

do I a) mention the words that associate with the scheme, or

b) just mention the rhyme pattern (eg, quote "abcbbb")

Ok I'm pissed, and I need to vent, so you can vent too

basically, my sister walks in and demands i give up the tv (at 9:00pm)

but i say (and its true) "you started watching tv at 7:30 when your show came on. you kicked me out of the lounge room earlier today to watch what you wanted and i didn't complain"

she says "my show goes for 2 hours" (obviously overlapping the 9:00 present time) and she says "i was kicked out twice today"

ok, so YES i did take over but i didn't know her show went for 2 hours (omg, long enough??) and it is VERY likely that she was including that present fight in her twice being kicked out count

at that point i was very stressed because i had been (and still am) working on many assignment for school, and i had only watched tv once that day which was when SHE kicked me out

i know im probably ranting for no point and someones gonna point out my stupidity, but right now im uber pissed and need someone to agree with me!

Is the internal rhyme exposed in this way? (If I'm wrong, please reply with the same method but obviously with the letters in the correct place)

Ok seriously I don't know what to do

If I listen to a song about something sad, I feel pity and I just start crying

Watch a sad movie/show, I cry

Even if someone just says shut up to me I feel totally hated bythem and I just cry, or atleast I have to go somewhere and calm down (everyone in my grade has seen me cry)

There will be times where I will randomly cry

I am not depressed or emo in the slightest, usually when I cry I was happy-go-lucky 2 mintues before

How can I just stop crying?
