Okay, so I have Bipolar disorder type 1, currently off medication... not for so long though.

I self harm. I'm in therapy for my bipolar and for self harm too, so I hope it's gonna start getting better. What I want ask is that has anyone else with bipolar experienced cutting during mania too? Because I did. The difference is that while during depression I do it to kind of fill myself and also let go, during mania I simply do it to see the blood.I'm not sure that wanting to see the blood is normal... I think I'm more detached from my own body then. So has anyone self harmed during mania?

I don't know what to do. I don't want to go to my psychiatrist, but if I don't go, I might end up having to be hospitalized again.

I can't move. I don't feel the need to talk. I can barely reach out for help. I'm desperate, because it's getting worse. Mania just changed to depression.

I can't keep it in control anymore... can it be that the medication has made it worse? Or just made me less capable of...trying to control myself? At least until I find a way to get help.

So a friend of mine has invited 4 of her friends(including me) on a vacation. I don't know when she invited the other 3 girls, but she invited me today and I kind of feel like...I don't know. Like I wasn't originally included. Not because I'm not important (in a way, anyway), but because I'm LESS important than the others (I know for a fact that they have been invited before me). So, what do you think? Am I just reading way too much into this, or am I really...unimportant? Or do I not matter enough?

Is there any reason not to? I mean, can it cause permanent damage to the phone, or anything?

Okay, so there's this party tomorrow, as I've already said that, it's a pre-Valentine's day thing.

My problem is that I don't know if I should go. I mean I want to and I don't want to at the same time. I'm also a wee bit sick. Please help me decide, I mean tell me what you think, because I don't want to "hurt" my friends by not going with them, I'm just...I don't know...I really should go, I guess, since I rarely go out to party with my friends and they've told me that they really want me to go.

I feel so shallow now.

Hey, so here's my problem: when I measure my height at home (with a tape measure) I'm always an inch, an inch and a half shorter than what the doctor measures. I'm always barefoot. So which one is the right one?

Do you think it's okay - healthy, I might risk saying - for an 18 year old woman/girl whatever you prefer - to go out with someone 14 years older (so a man, 32 years of age)? Obviously it's the couple's business, but would it really be so very wrong?

A family friend has married a woman who is 12 years younger and they are happy - but we're not talking marriage in the first case; nowhere near, actually. So, what do you think?

I'm just wondering, because people usually say that 10- is fine but anything more is too much. But is it really? I mean come on, if it's 14 years, it's only +4 years.

Which I have to do about Peru (as a spanish speaking country). It has to be 20 minutes long. I thought of bringing a 10 minute long video, so that half of it would be done and in the remaining time I'd tell the most important things about the country (5minutes) then in the last 5 mins I'd sort of make a quiz (true or false statements about Peru). My question is; what kind of info should I tell? How should I build it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Oh and it has to be done by Tuesday.

Okay I have a project I have to finish by the 6th (max. the 15th) of March. I'm writing a short story collection sort of thing and I'm planning to build it with 30, 4-5 paged short story. That would be 150 college-paper pages and 300 "novel book" sized pages. The problem is that it's the 9th of February and I only have 7 stories done (bear in mind that I'll have to make corrections and editing etc). My deadline (in March) is one month (a little more) before the real deadline, which is the 20th of April. My questions are: Do you think I can do it? If yes, could you suggest a good plan?

And: Do you think that 1 month will be enough to edit ?

I hate it. Every cell of my body invites it and I DETEST it!!! What the f*ck should I do?! I really don't want anything...I just want no relationships in my life. I suppose most of this "love" or so is just sexual attraction, but man, it's driving me NUTS. What the hell should I do now?

I'd like to make hot chocolate with my brother, but real one, you know with real chocolate and not just hot cocoa...so melted chocolate. I think I should first boil some milk and put the chocolate in it which will melt but I'm not sure...Could you please help? :)

Okay the problem is, that my friend's ipod (I have no idea what kind...touch, nano etc) is kinda empty, because he let windows (7) to refresh it, "fix" it and now there's nothing on it. What could he do? Restoring should be the last option...

I asked a tattoo question on yahoo yesterday, asking what tattoo you think I should get....I knew the kind, but didn't know what exactly. Now I do. I want this tattooed on my wrist (upper) : "And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to bloom." I have 5 months left to decide, so plenty of time :) What do you think?

P.S. I like it because it kind of shows the way I feel. I'm kinda shy you know, but I love writing and acting I'm just afraid to do it in public. I think this would remind me that everyday is the day it's more painful to remain silent than to do what I actually want to do.

Hi. So here's this problem with my friend...Let's call her Hayley. She went to Netherlands for a year and two of the girls in our little group of friends threw this goodbye party for her on the 22nd of August. It wasn't a big thing. The problem is that I didn't go. They told me she felt kind of hurt and...she has the right to...I guess. But why am I feeling guilty if I didn't go because we're not even that close? And once she said, behind my back, to one of our friends -let's call him John- That she didn't give a **** about what was going on with me (I don't think that has changed) It sounds harsh, but she's right, we're not exactly what you call friends...

I'm thinking about writing her a letter, telling her I'm sorry and all.

My question is, was I being a jerk for not going? I let her down, and it makes me feel bad. And I did not go because I was angry at her for saying she didn't really care about me. I didn't go because I didn't want to spend that night drinking instead of talking... Because that's what was to be expected (it didn't happen but it sounded like that based on the information in the invitation). First they said we'd go and you know, walk, sit in the park and talk. But then, they said that the weather will be sassy so we'd better go somewhere else. Like a bar. Club. To drink.
