my daughter is 3 and just recently has become terrible ! like really bad! she is flushing everything down the toliet, hitting her twin 8 month old siblings, yelling at me and my fiance, shes even swore.

now before the 'something must be happening you dont know about' starts, know that ive got a full time live in nanny that has been there since she was born and we have nanny cams and watch them nightly and nothing out of the ordinary is going on. she goes to the park and plays with her friends but its always montiored obviously

i just am at a loss of how to discipline her. my parents used to spank me and i knew i listened from that but i dont believe is punishing her for hitting her brother and sister by hitting her. im just frusterated/

right now what we do is put her in the naughty girl corner until shes ready to say sorry and when shes ready she says sorry momma, then goes and hits someone or flushes something or swears

i feel like im living with a handicap sailor (i mean no disrespect)

also! we do have childproof locks on the bathroom door but she can open them and i cant lol and im pregnant so we had to take them off, and the toliet lock thing is just a side slider.

I found out yesterday that I am 11 weeks pregnant with baby number 4 for myself and my fiance. i was told at 15 that i would never be able to have kids because of medical reasons, so my fiance and i believe that our children are blessings. i havent told anyone except our nanny, me and fiance both work fulltime and have a 3 year old and 2 twins who are 8 months, so we have a live in nanny.

well because i called in for work today because im just feeling like crap and have a doctors appointment, my nanny of 3 years asked why i was staying home, and i just had to tell someone, so i told her. hoping to have someone to share my enjoyment with.

she is 62 years old, is amazing with my children and she is great with my fiance and myself. she goes the extra mile forsure

anyways, she took it upon herself to fully tell me off, saying that i was a selfish person becasue their are so many children out there that need a home and im treating my body terribly for getting pregnant so soon again. she then also proceeded to say to my fiance 'i hope you two children are proud of yourself, you ruined your other childrens lives'.

she knew i hadnt told him yet, i wanted to surprise him. because i knew he would be stoked.

in your opinons, what should i do? i dont feel this is a good enough reason to fire her, plus we need her. like i said, shes been with us since my first child was born and is a live in nanny. we bought her a car, we pay her well above what a typical live in nanny gets and up until today she had been amazing. she is open with us about her personal life, her daughter just recently got married and is pregnant with a healthy baby as she is healthy as well/

we just dont know what to do. rosa have never ever spoken like this to either of us. im just so hurt

sorry for this being so long\! oh and before alllthe nasty comments start about me having a nanny and why cant i care for my own children its because my fiance is a police officer and works 80 hour weeks and im a bank manager working 50 hour weeks. we need someone to watch our children and keep up with housework

Me and my fiance have been engaged since i was 17 and he was 23, we have 3 beautiful babies, and we have had our wedding planned since i was 18 down to the floral arrangements. well we first had our wedding planned then found out i was pregnant with twins, so we postponed it for a year, so now we are getting married april 19 2013. well i just found out today that im pregnant yet again, due i assume in july. i dont want to waddle down the aisle, one of my close friends got married while pregnant and it wasnt much fun for her. our wedding is going to be outside, beautiful, ive got my dress picked out

anyways, how do i tell my family and his family that yet again we will be postponing our wedding? they will be happy that were having another child, i just feel bad because it will now have to be april 2014.

i havent told a soul that im pregnant again, im happy about it, i just dont want to disappoint everyone about the wedding again

something i was thinking is what if we go to city hall, sign the papers so were legally married, then we can have a big reception once the baby is born and im all back to pre baby weight? hmm

well recently my fiance and i have been trying to conceive but havent talked to the doctor or set up fertility treatments since he told me i would most likely need them to get pregnant

well my fiance and i started trying last month on the 29th and have since had about 7 more times. i want to wait until i know the pregnancy test would be most accurate. so in your opinion when should i take the test?

i have 3 kids all of which are under 4 years old, i had one, was pregnant immediatly after then pregnant again after that one only 22 days after having him

i am officially done. my body has been thru more then enough. my husband and i can financially support them of course and we love them of course but i have decided that i am not physically having another child again, i hate childbirth, i dont think anyone really likes it but ive needed to have emergency c section after this last one and got a really bad infection

now here is my problem, my hubby would like to try for one more. we have 2 girls and 1 boy and he wants one more boy

how can i make him understand why i dont want anymore children? i have no problem adopting kids! weve got enough room/money/love for another kid so why not ? but he wants to do the whole newborn thing again. he is a very helpful dad, does the diapers all the time and helps with feedings all time of the day and night

im not going to go and get my tubes tied or anything without telling him but i would like to go on a birthcontrol and maybe discuss him being fixed someday

I love coming on here because i find a lot of answers to my own questions with my pregnancy and children and i enjoy being able to help other women

but what i really dont understand and what gets under my skin more then anything is how the majority of questions on here are 'am i pregnant?' 'could i be pregnant? i had unprotected sex and he came in me' seriously, if you have unprotected sex then yes theirs a chance you could get pregnant. unfortunatly my crystal ball doesnt have batteries so i am unable to be able to tell the future to you if your pregnant or not. take a darn test|!

I work for a very popular fastfood restaraunt in british columbia canada, and we were all supposed to be paid today because monday the 5th is a holiday.

well not a single employee got paid

i called labour relations and they said that the legally have 8 days from the cut off period in order to pay us

what my question is, is their anything we can do in order to be paid today? and if so what would it be?

also, we are not a union, would we be able to strike tho?

the cut off period is the 1st and 15th of the month and according to our pay works thing online, it said that we would be paid on the 2nd of september, being today

I was diagnosed with pcos about 3 years ago when i was 17 because i hadnt had a period yet.

i have one cycst the size of a golf ball on my left ovary, nothing on the right one

i am about 5'9 and 190lbs (dont bother telling me im overweight, im well aware)

since being diagnosed ive been given metformin but even at only 5mg i was still getting really sick, i havent gained or lost a single pound in 3 years even though i work at mcds as a manager

ive had 2 mock periods i call them, only got them after being given that medication that you take for 7 days and get a period i cant remember for the life of me what thats called ! but the period i got from that was so terrible i swore never to do it again, i was using a super plus tampon and a maxi pad every 35 mins.

i went on birth control, yasmin and that was good but on day 3-6 of period, it was so intense like before that i stopped taking that too

anyways, sorry for all that info but my question is, within the next 2 years i would like to conceive, im engaged and we are getting married in 2 months and i was wondering if anyone else with the same kind of pcos that ive got was able to conceive and if so how did you do it????

This is going to be long, so I apologize now.

I am 20 years old, i live in canada, i am about 5'9, 180ish lbs, i have brown hair, green eyes and glasses.

i have never had luck with guys, so i recently decided to make a profile on a dating website, it was going terrible, only meeting horrible guys who were only interested in getting in my pants.

so anyways, about a month ago i meet this wonderful guy named ryan, he lives about an hour away, has an amazing job where he makes alot of money and he owns his own condo, works out 6 days a week, was really talll, pretty much had everything i was looking for.

well we became fbook friends and texted atleast 30 times a day, all cute things. he said he wishes i would come to his town and everything, so about two and a half weeks after all of this, i decide to take the leap and go and see him, so i make the drive, go and see him and he made us dinner and we watched the hockey game, really hit it off. then we went and laid in his bed and made out and cuddled.

two days later he decides he wants to meet my parents so he comes to my town and we go out for a dinner with about 4 of my friends and he was nice but kinda weird to them. another thing, he ordered for me at the restaraunt lol

so after dinner, we go back to my place where he meets my parents (i rent a basement suite from them) and they really like him and he claims to like my parents, so were up in my room laying in my bed and start making out and long story short i end up giving him a hand job.

so it starts getting late and he had to work in the am so he drives home and as im walking him to the door he asked me if i would like to come down in a few days to meet his mom, i said sure and go all excited because he told me that he is very weird about who meets his mom, since his father passed away.

so i get a txt while hes like halfway home and he says 'i think this drive is so long and dumb, i dont know if i can keep doing this'

and i respond with 'what are you getting at?'

he said 'just that the distance is going to be too much, i dont think we should date eachother, im really sorry'

so i start crying and tell him that i do understand but that it hurts,

so now its like 3 days later, and i havent been able to stop crying, i have been super depressed, i cant eat and i cant sleep. and i dont know what to do. i honestly feel as though he is the one for me, their is so much that is great about him, i need someone to tell me what i should do.

weve been talking off and on and he says he wouldnt mind if i came down to his house to go to the movies, and i joked about cuddling and he said that cuddling usually leads to more so we couldnt cuddle.

should i just cut him outta my life, or keep him in like he is trying. ??

im so sorry its so long, please only serious answers, please dont try and make me cry.

also, what if we are ment to be but he wont date me because theirs a distance?
