what Free programme can i use to put a divx dvd with 5 movies on it on to the computer?

earlier when i returned to my computer, i opened and put my password in as normal and i had 6 programmes running (not that i left it with 6 programmes running). looking into it all 1 of the programmes from internet explorer said said someone was tring to hack into my computer, it had download 3 programmes onto my computer , a malicios tool remover, a error corrector and some other programme with the same sort of thing. I was a bit worried that it was fake because it kept wanting me to download these programmes (even tho they appeared on my desktop) it also changed my home page to a programme to down load for getting rid of spyware, And my question is do you think it was fake, Do you think I have a hijacker?

i have run spybot, avira, and kaspersky free online scanner pick up 6 infections

has anyone seen mouse?

hi everyone just wondering when doing a disk check it comes up with 2 boxes you can tick

1 automatically fix file system errors

2 scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors

which one do i tick if any, or do i tick both?

instead of sitting on the computer with y/a?

i should be doing some housework

it takes ages to load up mail, it takes ages to load up y/a, and ages to do a web search any ideas?

its really annoying me!

yahoo is so slow on my computer, slow to log into mail, slow to log into answers, slow to do web search, has anyone got any ideas why, or how to fix?
