I'm extremely scared about what could be causing the pain in my head. It usually happens when I'm just sitting doing nothing or standing/walking around. I feel a random short pulse in the back of my head and it hurts. It might be helpful to add that I have dermotillomania and constantly scratch/pic at my scalp. I'm worried that somethings gonna burst and I'm freaking out. I went a long time without these pains but I just had two today. It feels like a single throb in a vein or something at the back of my head, not near the neck. PLEASE tell me what it might be I really appreciate your help
