Is it discriminatory for a business to acquire to hire a bilingual only?
Is it discriminatory to acquire to hire a bilingual only, knowing that the position will be filled only by a Hispanic person? Isn't it the same as advertising to hire only a white or black person, male or female?
With the unemployment on the rise, I'm just against this kind of pandering of hiring only bilingual people just to deal with the people who refuse to learn or speak English. If a person have all the skills but can not speak Spanish or isn't from a Hispanic decent, could you file a complaint? Thanks.
