  • How long does a sprained wrist normally take to heal?

    I sprained it about 2 weeks ago & all the swelling and everything is gone.

    Except it still hurts to put pressure on it.

    Should i put pressure on it even though it hurts or if it hurts should i stop putting pressure on it?

    I'm supposed to go back to cheer practice this thursday.

    Is it a good idea to just work it even though it hurts or if something hurts that i'm doing should i stop it?

    this happened tuesday july 20th, almost 2 weeks ago.

    i went to the doctors the day after it happened because it happened while i was at cheer camp.

    the swelling has gone down and i can do almost everything that people normally do.

    except when i put even a little weight on my wrist (like doing pushups) it hurts alot still.

    i am supposed to go back to cheer this thursday & i want it to be better but it still hurts ):
