I ask this because my dad who I see every so often has slowly been going grey for as long as I can remember. He was about 50/50 white/black a Christmas, then suddenly saw him yesterday and all the colour has come back! Asked him how he did it and explained that he's been massaging a special concoction into his scalp daily which includes things like anchovies, squeezed leaf juice and horse urine. Been googling it but not getting anywhere. Thanks!

Basically I have no qualifications to inject someone. My house mate has started taking steroids for gaining more muscle. He will do it whether or not I help but he has a seized wrist (through a work injury) and struggles to inject himself. I have started helping him by just pulling the plunger. He wants me to now do the whole thing. If it was to go wrong and he died by hitting a vain or something, could I be done for manslaughter? He tried it once by himself and it went really bad where blood flew onto the walls. I morally feel I should help out because it would be much safer having me help him out (there is nobody else who would be able to help him every time).

Could someone give me advice? I recommended that I should make a contract for him to sign where he confirms his knowledge that I am not a pro and agrees for me to help him. What are your thoughts on this?

FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS.

Throughout July I'm doing a 340 mile coastal trek from Swansea to Aberystwyth to raise money for Mencap. I'm a student and going to be on a tight budget and I will be doing this on my own.

So I need to know how best to camp as cheaply as possible for the trek. Wild camping is illegal from what I gather but is there an acceptable away around it? Are there any free camping sites and how can I find them? Will some camping sites give me a free plot if I give them some morning farming help or just due to the fact I'm walking for charity? Anyone who could help me on any of this or give me any more tips would be a great help.

I've bet £20 with someone that it didn't start in Wales but to be honest I don't have a clue.

I am de-cluttering my life as I don't sleep very well these days. I'm trying out that thing where you should try and only own 100 items and throw away anything else. I'm on 101 and it's now between the wife and a barney costume. My costume is used for many functions throughout the year as is my wife. The only thing is I would never cheat on my costume.
