What can i do to stay longer on a Temp. Work Visa in australia?
I met this girl online over in australia that i have become really good friends with. She insists that i take my construction skills over there. (mostly because she wants to meet me in person, partially because its a fairly good marketable skill over there) The cheapest visa i found so i could go over there and work is the Temporary Work (short stay) which allows for 3 months of 'work' and is $165 (AUD). When that 3 months ends, can i get a BVA to extend the time so i can work and save enough for a more permanent visa such as a partner or marriage visa (I plan on trying to marry this girl >.<)?
Also even if the above is possible, is there a less expensive way to remain in Australia (the marriage and partner visas are outragous... 3085 AUD for an outside applicant, 4575 for inside applicant)
http://www.immi.gov.au/ <---- this is what ive been using.
