I'm about to hit my 15 year mark and will be eligible to apply for a special duty at that time (TOS requirements for a controlled tour)

I'm playing Dead Island while deployed on an unpatched xbox. I'm in Chapter 3 (just finished main quest line at the lifeguard station). I'm currently level 19, have completed 23 sidequests, 5 continuous quests, and 7 main quests. I've spent hours just running and driving around yet I am only 10/72 discovered. How far off par am i? I feel like the number should be much higher

I have used TaxSlayer.com for years. I have gone through and filed my taxes using only my W-2 to get the amount of my refund. Then i go through it again, adding donations, cash and non-cash, mileage for charity, work uniform expenses, and sales tax on 2 vehicles that i purchased in 2011.

Should the amount of my return increase once adding the other items?

I'm looking to mic my drumset and begin experimenting with mixing/recording tracks. I've got some lower end mic's picked out, but i'm looking for advice on what board i would need to do the mixing.

What would a reasonably priced mixer run? And what would some suggestions be?

I just moved to Hawaii and there are small cockroaches everywhere. I opened the microwave today to make a hot pocket and there was a little mofaka in there!! So, i threw in a cup of water to create steam and turned it on for 4 minutes. After that, i opened it and he was still running around. So, i closed the door and turned it on for 10. I figured the heat/steam would kill him within 4 minutes.

Why is he so strong?

Am i going to have a giant radioactive roach in my kitchen in the morning, sipping on tea, trying to stuff me in the microwave? =)

I am wondering if i can control both my desktop and laptop with 1 wireless keyboard. Considering buying 2 identical wireless keyboards so i can connect whatever USB antenna type equipment to both computers. Would it be able to sync with both at the same time? I am wanting to simultaneously mirror and do the actions at the same time on both computers

I have an old portable hard drive with many pics and videos that cant be replaced. The other day i plugged it into my computer and it is now recognized as a "Scorpio" according to the tool bar when i plug it in. When i open "My Computer" it isn't listed at all. I have tried using it on 3 computers so far and it does the same thing.

How can i get my things off of it?

I seem to be missing something on my LES, others have something like "HDP Location" in their entitlements section. I am AD AF and was wondering what this rate is for Afghanistan.

are they worth the money?? ive seen some get decent reviews but most get horrible ratings. would it be worth $20 to try a cheap one with decent reviews?
