I was a woman who suffered a lost of a baby in 2003 in my eyes because of physical abuse. I have had it all done to me, rape, threats of being shot with guns in our home, to being held hostage in our home with a knife. My third child was out of rape. Sadly to say, I was accustom to abuse and It didn't happen all the time, everyday, it was a collection of incidents though out the years. I finally had enough, I moved out of the family home with my two children and never went back. My son told me after we left his father, that a black eye that he had which removed the top layer of skin leaving a scar didn't happen during play time, like i was told. His father hit him in the face and that was enough to never go back. I knew what I was suffering but I didn't know my child was being abused too. I've been free from my abuser for 6 months (Almost)...I NEVER GOT A PROTECTIVE ORDER because I was ashamed to go before the judge again as I had many times before, only to go back. I made the biggest step of my life by moving on, I got a house with my sister, I'm not alone, I changed my phone number and have zero contact. Well I have a life now a new guy im dating and I ran into my ex last night only to be followed at the party, harrased and waited for at the bathroom door with my girlfriends. Words were exchanged mostly by my irate friends who trying to look out for me. I was told that evently he has plans to get me back, that he would fight my boyfriend and me and when I said I will never go back ever, in a distance I had a liquior drink thrown in my face. Apparently, I need to get the courts back involved, I get no child support and my son suffered emotional damage due to our split. It was rough for a while when I left we slept on couches and floors of friends and family until I found another house. My son ended up seeing a therapist where he disclosed the abuse that was going on to him and me. Social services got involved and filed charges against my ex for abuse of a child.

1.)My main question is, I don't feel safe, I don't live with my ex I left 6 months ago but I still get harrassed things such as him wanting to kill me, and the drink thrown in my face, can i get a protective order?

2.) I don't know the exact date, I thought it was a playground accident, can I file charges for him assalting my son?

3.) Can I file crimnal charges against him for abusing me?

4.) I recorded him admitting all the abuse, demanding answers why he was abusive over the phone, I have everything from the gun, knife incident, and verious abusive incidents recorded as well as him explaining why he lied and had our son lie to me about his eye. Can I use that recorder to prove I was and my son was being abused?

My period was due on Friday January 29, 2010. I'm 3 days late with a dark brown discharge mainly when I wipe but with a dime size amount on a panty liner earlier. I really don't feel pregnant. I'm a little exhalsted and have mild back pain but no other symptoms of pregnancy. I have never had a dark brown spotting before and be late. My cycle is every 26-28 days last period began on Jan 1, 2010. I am not on any birth control or medication that could alter my period. I avoid sex during ovulation, I was a little careless this cycle but I've had 3 pregnancies and they didn't do this to me. Anyone else know what I'm experiencing?

Here is a little background info, We are a couple both age 29 with some college experience, I will graduate with a bachelors in paralegal studies in 2011. We have two children ages 9 and 3 and we are drowning finacially in our home state of Maryland. In our area, the average rental home is $1300 a month, utilities average $500 a month, gas for two vehicles is roughly $125 a month and to feed a family of four is about $350 a month. My parents are divorced and they sold my family home. Both of my parents have new spouses and there is no one we can move in with to ease our finacial burdens. Believe it or not, I know many young couples who have been forced to move back home with Mommy and Daddy. The economy is horrible. We don't have that option!

My spouse recently got laid off, as if we had any extra money then we certainly don't have it now.

While I know that many people are struggling in this economy, We are searching for a better way.

We have friends who have moved to NC, and they have told us about rental homes being in Feyetteville being as cheap as $600 a month, a draw back is year round schooling. I have a girl friend who rents for $525 in Reighley, NC a 2br, 2bath apartment.

We are counting on our tax refund and a pension plan (10 years of work with this company) with my job to make this move. We hope for cheaper housing and a better job outlook ( our classifieds are empty). We love Maryland, all of our family is here. There is no money to save and no money to pay down any debt.

By the time I do get my bachelors, I'll be obligated to pay on student loans. We will never make it living in Maryland.

Help, give me your advice. Is North Carolina cheaper than Maryland and is the job scene better there?

So I left a relationship of 11 years and after a month I started to date a guy who was opposite of my ex and everything I wish my ex would have been. I pulled away because I didn't think I was being fair, my heart can't get involved in a new relationship but I was tired of being lonely and needed someone to occupy my time. Yesterday he told me that I was a awful person for not being there for him and that he was removing me from his e-mail listing and asked that I don't call him anymore. I feel awful! I am usually on time with my periods. I was expecting my period on October 28th. I woke up that morning with some bleeding that was only noticeable when I wiped. One spot/one pad on Friday! That happened just that one time. It is not unusual for me to spot for 3 days before I start to flow blood. My cycles are 26 days usually ovulating on day 12 of my cycle. The condom broke exactly on day 12. As of midnight, I'm 6 days late according to a period calculator. I took a pregnancy test tonight and it was negative. What could be the reason why I'm late, I've never skipped a period.

I also tested this morning (3 days after period was due; not first morning urine) and it was negative. I have never been this late and not be pregnant. What could be wrong?

Has anyone experienced white creamy discharge in very early pregnancy?. It is a lot, very noticeable but, I don't really recall this in any of my previous pregnancies.

It does not itch, doesn't have a odor, and is creamy milk white and thick. It's in my underwear no matter what, there when I wipe after using the toilet ( sorry for the tmi) and very noticeable in sex as It calls for a complete sheet change. Uhh! I took a test today, period not due until June 1st. It tested negative. I did not use my first morning urine. I'm having plenty of signs of pregnancy. Gas, Nausea, Bloating, Increase Urine, and what I believe was implantation Bleeding.

My Question, when did you first test and did you get a positive test using those " test five days sooner" test with or without the first morning urine?

First Day of Period May 6 with a 26 day cycle.

Terrible Gas, Urgent Urination, and very Tired.

I'm actually skeptical about purchasing a test before my period due date. I hate feeling like I've wasted my money. But, I wrecking my brain about possible pregnancy symptoms.

May 24 and May 25th extremely tired, peeing urgently and very nasty gas. No gas pains just lots of gas. I don't recall having gas this early in pregnancy or peeing so often.

Doe's anyone have any similar issues with potential or actual pregnancies.
