okay so at my work 2 new girls were hired like 2 months ago and now their becoming managers , one of them was roomates with a former manager , and yesterday that manager left the store and now shes a manager :(

and the other girl who just became a manager just recently turned 18 this week and our store supervisor favors these two girls , i work at mcdonalds and ive been working their for a year now and i know more then these two girls and i pull more hours then them and im wondering why im not evan a crew trainer yet theirs another guy whos been their for 3 years and he knows more then i do and hes not a crew trainer yet either and this one girl whos been their for a lil over a year and is a crew trainer they put these two new girls ahead of her and made them managers :( the problem is one of these girls were a manager before but at a video store that has nothing to do with food and its not fair because her room mate pushed her to become manager and my supervisor went along with it , this is not fair at all some one please tell me what to do , me and alot of my cow workers who know way more then these girls are mad and were wondering why the hell not us .?
