  • Ways to spice up a sex life in marriage'?

My husband and I have been married for 12yrs. We have two children. My question is what are some ways to make a relationship more interesting sexually. Obviously after 12 yrs things arent the same as they use to be when we first met. Sometimes it just seems boring, or always the same. Also I'm myself am not very kinky so its hard for me to think out of the usual sexual box. I know I have to start becoming a little more kinky to spice things up. So how can you keep your sex life from getting boring after 12yrs? Anyone have any ideas, or advice?

  • 2yr old suddenly won't go to sleep for me.?

My daughter just turned two in July. She has been amazing at bedtime. We've had a routine since she was 6 months old, and I'm very firm with it. Snack, bath, read 3-4 books, cuddle for a few then lights out and she goes into her crib and goes right to bed. Well suddenly two nights ago she decided to continue to ask me to cuddle her for 3 hrs. I tried to stay firm but it was 1am and I was exhausted to i cuddled her for a little, didn't work, then she kept screaming. So finally she cried herself to sleep. The next night my husband put her to bed and she went right to bed perfectly. So it's just me she's doing this to, not him. Now tonight she's doing it again, I'm going in every 10-15 mins and just telling her I'm right here, and I love her, she's been crying for an hour though and won't stop. She keeps screaming for me to cuddle her, but I know if I do that she's gonna do what she did the other night, and want me to stay in there with her the whole time holding her. Does anyone have any advice on this issue. I'm reading everything that says the first few nights are gonna be the worse because shes testing me to see if i'll give in and I'm suppose to stay firm and just go in and check on her, but make it boring, and quick. So that's what I'm doing tonight. Am i doing the right thing? I feel guilty letting her cry but I know if I go in and give her what she wants I'm doomed!

  • Housing Foreclosures In florida?

Just to know some information about other people foreclosing or people that have foreclosed. I did Chapter 13 Foreclosure about 7 months ago to try and get out of debt, and readjust my mortgage but my house has lost so much value and has no equity that we're getting no where, so we've decided this month to file Chapter 7 and just foreclose our house. We've lived here for 4 yrs, bought our house right before the market crashed, <darn> and now our house is worth $100,000 less then when we bought it, and our neighborhood is going down hill. I'm with Bank of America mortgage, and just curious how long it took before anyone else's foreclosure was finalized? I've read it could take 6months-a year, my attorney said it will most likely take a year because there are so many foreclosures being processed the banks are very behind. Anyone have any feedback to give me on their foreclosure and how long it took for it to be compelete?

  • Husband too much sexually?

My husband and I have been married for 11 years and have known eachother for 15 yrs. He has always been kinda kinky but for some reason as he's getting older he's becoming kinkier. Its really starting to bother me. Now what I'm about to express and ask about I don't want any rude answers or remarks. If there is another rude I will delete. I love my husband with all my heart and soul and we have 2 children. But I need some advice on how to handle this. I know I'm not alone in this situation so please someone give me some advice. Ok my husband likes to wear my panties, and act like a girl sometimes. I've tried everything to get myself into it, but i just cant. I like men and its hard to deal with this. I've mentioned it to him before but he just says ok I dont need it, but he goes right back to doing it. Anyone have any advice..please?

  • Step parent raising child without birth mother in the picture?

I've been raising my step son since he was 2 yrs old. Now he's almost 17 and has just recently gotten in contact with his birth mothers side of the family through facebook and he wants to go visit the family he never knew. His birth mother lost custody of him when he was a year old, and hasnt been in the picture since. I'm just curious if anyone else has been in a situation like this and wondering what the outcome was. I know my son considers me his mother cause I've raised him with his father since he was 2 and he considers his birth mother his other mom AKA birth mom. And since he's never met her that curiosity is there and hes wondering what she's like, and so on. So I accept that. But I'm just worried about what kinds of things shes going to say to him, and how hes going to react to this situation. Am i going to lose him? Is he going to rebel against me if she ends up in the picture? Just for almost 15 years I've been his only mother in his life and now I have someone that may try to come into his life after 15 years of not being in his life and is she going to try to play the "mom role"? Can anyone give me any feedback or peace of mind?

  • Florida Forclosure advice?

I live in Florida, and have come to the decision to Forclose my house. The value has gone down $100,000 plus my neighborhood from all the foreclosures has gone downhill. My question is for those of you that have been through the foreclosure process how long does it usually take for the process to complete? I'm only asking this so I know when I should stop paying my mortgage & have a plan on what I'm going to do cause I don't plan to move until next summer. I spoke with a lawyer and she said that it usually takes a year, rarely does it take 6 months. Does anyone have any expereience or advice about this?

  • Toddler has intermittent Extropia in left eye?

My daugher is almost 2. She's been diganosed with Intermittent Extropia in January 2010. I noticed she had it when she was a just under a year old. The pediatric Opthamologist also said she's nearsighted so she also wears glasses. The glasses didn't improve her Extropia so now we're doing the eye patch method. We just started this, and thankfully she's doing really well with it. Doctor said she needs to wear it 2-3 horus a day. So every morning she wears it and does very well. I had to bribe her with lollipops but it worked and she wears it. My only question for anyone that has had toddlers with this same condition is how long does it take for the brain to start working with the eye after using the patch. It's only been about 2 weeks now so I know its probably too soon to see any improvements but I'm just curious. I just wanna do whatever it takes to avoid surgery cause the Doctor said if the patching doesn't help, surgery is the next step. Anyone have any suggestions, feedback, or advice?

  • 18 month old weaning advice?

My daughter is almost 18 month old. She's been breastfeeding since she was born. Now 18 months later she's still nursing 1-2 times a day. Only for sleeping. She won't sleep without being nursed. Naptime and bedtime. Those are the only times she nurses. I've tried to drop the naptime nursing session but that only leads to an overtired whiney toddler cause she WONT nap without being nursed. As for bedtime I havent tried to drop that session cause I figured if naptime is a challenge I should take one at a time and I know night time is usually the last to go. I'm now getting to the point that i feel like I'm ready to wean her but need some loving ways to make it happen. I'm not all for the cry it out idea. I do however let her cry for 10-15 mins but I can't seem to allow myself to go any longer. She doesn't drink bottles never has, and stopped her paci at 6 months. So does anyone have any advice on what I can do? She won't allow me to just hold her and cradle her. She insists on "milk" and continues to give me the baby sign for milk over and over and won't allow me to rock her she pushes me away. Someone please help?

  • 16 year old said condom doesnt fit?

My son is now hitting the "sex" stage. He hasn't had sex yet but is mentally there, and thoughts are soaring through his mind so my husband and I have given him the lecture about STD's and protected sex, etc. Also we gave him a few condoms mainly to just know how to put one on, and so on. So he said he tried one on the other day "lifestyles" condom and he said it didn't fit. It wasn't too tight but it was too small, the ridge didnt go all the way up to his pubic area. My question is what kind of condom should he gave? I know the magums are for REALLY REALLY big ones, and he said it wasnt tight but just didn't go to the top, so is there certain sizes or something? Sounds like a stupid question but I'm trying to educate my hormonal son. I was just thinking a different brand would probably be better, maybe Trojan? Since Lifestyles might run a little smaller.

  • Question for guys ONLY?

Guys why do you find the desire to masterbate when you have a girlfriend/wife that gives you sex all the time? There are guys that get sex, but still have the urge to masterbate, I just don't get it. My husband and I have sex pretty much everyday sometimes twice a day, and he still masterbates from time to time. I get offended when he does and tell him not to cause I'll give him sex but he still seems to do it. Why is that? And how can I keep myself from getting offended or hurt when he does it? Any suggestions?

  • Silk soymilk for 14 month old?

My 14 month old daughter has been breastfed since she was born and is actually still breastfeeding 3 times a day. I have tried giving her cow's milk many times and she hates it. Everytime I give it to her she'll either only drink an ounce or two, or just spit it out and cry for something else. Also it seemed like her bowels were more loose when she was drinking it, once again if I was lucky it was no more then 2oz. So I just stopped giving it to her, and have been giving her yogurt everyday, cheese, broccli, and anything I can find with added calcium or calcium enriched cause I know toddlers need 500mg of calcium a day. And of course she's also getting breastmilk. Anyway, today i went out and saw "Silk Soymilk" I figured what the heck I'll give it a try. So I came home and gave it to her, and she drank almost 6oz easily, and didnt even flinch. I will be taking my daughter to the doctor for her next set of shots in November, but i was wondering what everyones outlook was about soymilk? I have read things saying it causes early puberty due to the estrogen levels, and infertility in males. I really don't believe any of that but just curious what people think about Soymilk for toddlers since she wants nothing to do with Cow's milk?

  • Outlook on the marines? Son wants to join!?

My son is almost 16 years old. He's been talking about the Marines this past month, and says he wants to join the Marines when he's 18. I support whatever he wants to do but I explained to him what a crazy world it is right now. We don't even know who are enemy is anymore cause people are blowing themselves up right in front of you. Pregnant women, kids, whoever. These suidice bombers are scary. So I explained some of that to him about some of what's going on in iraq and how so many of our American soliders are dying. Yes I'm trying to get him to change his mind cause the world is a crazy place right now. But I just wanted to know what everyones outlook is on the Marines? Also just wanted to note that these past few months my son has had a fasination with guns. I'm hoping he understands that the marines isn't just all about shooting guns, and so on. I know he's still young he won't be 16 till december but I udnerstand he's a boy and boys like guns. he knows that he's not to play with guns and this fasination better never go any further then a fasination cause he's still so young. Does anyone have any advice about this? Maybe some movies to recommend to get my point acrossed to him?

  • Help!! 14 month old won't drink milk.?

My daughter will be 14 months old this week. She's still nursing (3 times a day) also eats solids. I tried for an entire month and a half to get her to drink milk she wants nothing to do with it. If I was lucky she would drink 1-2oz. I tried everything from drinkable yogurt milked with it, to carnation instant breakfast mixed in it, just won't drink it. My mother in law suggested to add a little karo syrup to her milk to give it a little sweetness since breastmilk is sweet and it will relate to that. but I've been reading negative things about karo syrup online also read that it helps relieve constipation in some babies and my daughter cause to the bathroom 1-2 times a day so the last thing I want is to make her go more. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas on what I can do to get her to drink milk? I also read that cows milk isnt that important just as long at they're getting other sources of calcium but my problem is sometimes she'll eat other sources sometimes she wont. And she should be getting 500mg of calcium a day. So I'm concerned. Is my breastmilk enough for her? What happens when she's weaned? Please help!

  • Teen clubs, good or bad?

My son is 15 1/2 his friends all go to this teen club thats up the street and I haven't let him go cause i don't know what actually goes on there. The one kids sister told me that the girls grind on the guess and pretty much get "risky" which is what I expected happened since most teens have the same mentality when it comes to what they want. My question is am I being too strict by not letting my son go to this teen club or should I let him go?

  • 13 month old sleeps alot?

My daughter is almost 14 months old. She has a very strict sleep schedule. She goes to bed at 8:30pm every single night, and goes down for her nap between 1-2, wakes after 1 1/2-2 hour nap. She'll sleep from 8:30pm till somtimes 10:00am. Is this normal? I feel weird asking that question cause I should feel fortunate to have a baby that sleeps till 10:00am, but it just seems weird. She's very active, and playful. She's also still nursing 3 times a day, plus eating all kinda of soilds, veggies, fruits, cihcken the list goes on. She use to wake between 8-9 but this past month now she's sleep until 10:00 sometimes she'll wake around 9 or 9:30. But its been more 10:00am. Today she was still asleep at 10:30am, I had to go in a wake her she was sound asleep. So is this normal for a 13 month old to be sleeping this much and this late?

  • my 13 month old is so tiny?

I know this is going to sound so strange but my daughter is 13 months old still breastfed 3 times a day and also eats all kinds of solid foods but she just seems so small. Last time we went to the doctor she was almost 27 1/2 inches tall, and 20lbs. is that small for a toddler her age. She was 12 months old last time she got checked. Everywhere we go people say how tiny she is, and also don't really tihnk she's her age. They always say "wow she looks so much younger, she's so small' Of course I myself am very tall, I know that of course has a lot to do with it. i'm only 5'0 and 100lbs. And I'm almost 30. The doctor doesn't seem concerned cause she's hitting all her milestones right on time, and beyond. But I'm just curious is that small for a 13 month old? How big is your 13 month old? weight/height? I know you should never compare other babies weight/height cause all babies are different but I'm just curious?

  • 13 month old breastfed baby questions?

My 13 month old is still breastfeeding. She nurses morning, afternoon (naptime) and Bedtime, sometimes she wakes during the night to nurse but that's rare. My question is she doesnt drink much cow's milk. Is that ok since I'm still nursing her? She'll drink maybe 4-6 oz but that's usually about it. She does however eat yogurt, and cheese, also I feed her broccli sometimes too. i try to think of other calcium enriched foods since she won't drink much milk. Also I know that breastfed babies tend to have looser stools. Her stools are still loose, is that normal even though she's also eating solids? They arent runny they're just loose. I figured since she nurses 3 times a day that's why cause breastmilk makes stools looser.

  • what times of the day to give baby cows milk?

Just started baby on cow's milk, going through the weaning process. But I'm confused on when I should give it to her. Morning, noon & night? I usually just give it to her in her sippy cuo throughout the day. And I'll leave it so she can see it and she'll drink whenever. But I read that it could keep her from eating meals. So any advice or suggestion on what times of the day to give her cows milk? She's only drinking about 4-8 oz a day cause she's also still breastfeeding in the morning and at night. And she's a grazer always has been. She just grazes throughout the day on healthy foods. Any advice?

  • 1 year old drinking whole milk/breastfeeding?

My daughter just turned 1 a few days ago. I've been breastfeeding her since she was born. I've currently introduced her to whole milk and she's not a big fan of it. She'd rather nurse then drink whole milk. So I've tried adding some drinkable flavored yogurt, tryed carnation breakfast strawberry mix, she still wont drink more then 3oz. I know that she needs around 2-3 glasses of milk a day 16-24oz, so I'm trying to get her to drink more. I'm trying to also eliminate a feeding in the afternoon but she's not having it, she'll cry pointing at my breast to nurse. Also I'm not sure if whole milk is making her constipated of not but I think it might be. If so is this common, and what should i do? Is soy milk good for a 1 year old? Enough fat, and vitamins? I need some advice on weaning, and also how to get her to drink more milk.
