Real-estate after divorce need answers?
I live in NY and my husband whom has been divorced is having problems with his ex-wife. She was supposed to refinance the house that they had bought together when they were married and get his name off of the deed as stated in the divorce agreement. It's been almost 3 years and she still hasn't tried to get it refinanced. My husband doesn't give her any trouble about it because it is his son's home too, but now she is planning on moving in with her newest boyfriend and renting that house out to her boyfriends mother. It is still not refinanced and she is no longer going to be living there. Could we legally take over the house and refinance it ourselves seeings she hasn't complied with the court order to get it done? Thanks in advance for any info you can give me...I have searched the internet for legal answers but I haven't came across anything that can help me. Any help or legal websites are appreciated.
1 AnswerLaw & Ethics1 decade agoDieting question?
I am 5'5" and 230 pounds I have recently joined a gym and cut my calories down to about 1500 a day. My biggest problem is PEPSI!!! I can't give it up I end up getting headaches that not even Aleve will touch. I can't stomach the taste of diet and I have tried drinking coffee and tea thinking it could be lack of caffeine that could be giving me the headaches. My question is if I am drinking 200 calories of pepsi a day and eating 1300 calories is that very healthy? I think I am doing more damage than good, but I can't cut back anymore. I used to drink a 2 liter a day and I am now down to 16 ounces. I drink 64 ounces of water a day. So I need some tips on how to get rid of the soda intake all together without getting the headaches. Thank you to all who respond.
