I'm in a situation that even though I KNOW someone groomed and gaslit me, there's still a part of me that's making me feel guilty and worried and it's saying I should go back to him-

How do I get rid of that..

I have this weird anxiety that people are going to judge me for the music I listen to, especially in class when some kids have their headphones up high enough to be heard by someone who isn't trying to listen..

So, any recommendations for good headphones that I can listen to quietly, even if the volume is high?

So, I'm in a relationship (obviously), and he's started to want to do more with me. It's not that I don't want to, it's perfectly fine with me what he wants to do, but it's just my awkward nature that drains my confidence and doesn't allow me to have that. We both hate it, so it's not like he's just pressuring me.. How can I stop being so awkward?

P.S: We've only been dating since November and he is my first boyfriend.
