  • Specific question about writing a business plan?

I've got a decent rough draft written out but I let my dad read it and he said if he were looking at a business plan as an investor he would want all the key information on the first page, like a Miniature version of the whole plan all the number etc right there. Is this right I feel like it's not but I get his point too because you want them to read the important stuff and a lot of investors will skim and then flip to the next pile of plans lol. Help.

  • libre office wont let me open a document?

it says i can open it as another copy but the origional is locked by unknown user... I am the only one on this computer. I have a tendancy to forget to shut it down or make it shut down without closing things left up (because they are saved already...they try to recover it anyways but it's saved.. so it's kind of ridiculous)...

So how do I get back into original editing mode?

  • how to develop lean muscles rather than bulky?

I do a lot of physical labor and activities when I work and when I am at home. I work with large animals for a good 12 hours of every day. That includes shoveling their feed and their manure which definitely works a lot of muscles!

Recently ( I just started working with cows the past 3 weeks) I have gotten a lot of new muscles across my collar bone area and arms. This is good as I have very limited upper body strength but I don't want to get buff I want have smoother longer muscles.

Exercise or diet tips please? What do to what not to do would be great!

As well, I have very large thighs and calves due to riding horses, any tips that can apply there would also be great!

  • How to keep my hair nice, and help it grow long?

I have long dark hair it's straight, very thick, but it grows incredibly slow! I want it to grow longer faster but it gets splits and breaks fairly easily. I get it trimmed every 6-8 weeks.

Additional issue. I just started at a cow barn so I'm milking once or twice a day, it is incredibly stinky, and my parents cannot stand the smell I want in and they point to the shower, yesterday my mother gagged (I worked a double shift). So I do need to shower every day. Which is fine I like smelling human after that type of work, but I do need to get some tips on my hair care. I condition the crap out of it, each day I've only worked there two weeks and I've already gone through one bottle of conditioner. (my hair is pretty thick and long so I need a lot!). Biggest concern is I'm washing the essential nutrients and oils out of my hair each day, what can I do to help it stay healthy? I've already noticed it breaking more when I brush it. Although it feels lovely and conditioned.

So my question(s) is/are.. what products should I be using? Any other tips to make it stronger and healthier, and how can I help it grow longer?

ps. started eating flax seed with my breakfast I heard it is good for hair.
