i was out with my husband today on a day trip in the hills with a lot of other people we were all riding on motorbike's a guy hit a barrier and came off he seemed to be all right but the ambulance took over 50 mins to get to him in this time i watched him die it was so sad and i tried to give heart massage but just could not do it everyone tried to do there best but it is so much in my mind i feel so upset as it showed me nobody knows what is round the corner i am now worried about going out again on a bike but i don't want my husband to either any advice

I took on this very small puppy from a Columbian Lady who was going back to her home town it was only 8 weeks old and i was told she was a cross between another dog and a boxer took her to the vets and the vet said she was cross boxer and she would grow big but i have now had her 5 months and she is still small i have looked her up on the internet and she looks like an American pit bull i am so worried about her with my daughters children as she seems to be very hiper but are all the storys true i am loathed to get rid of her as she is so nice

i now live abroad and just seem to have lost interest in most things i don't belong anywhere now and my husband moans at me all the time as he is looking at everything i do and of course it is not correct so i just have now seemed to do less and less so that is not right thought this was supposed to be the best time of our lives

I need to loose weight and have tried every tablet and diet available also eating the right foods but am now thinking of having Hypnonis as i am desperate has anyone tried it and found it worked thank you

Has anyone any advice as i have just started to get as i am told Panic attacts it started one night i woke up and felt so frightened, and did not know how to calm myself down i just wanted to run or cry and have started to get very tearful in the day not all the time i am so frightened i am going to get very deppressed i did not really want to take tablets but might have to in the end if it keeps getting worse it is most frightening in the middle of the night has anyone any advice that could help thanks a lot

I seem to take everything anyone says the wrong way, well that's what i am told also my husband says that i am so snappy when i answer him i don't think i am and it seems to get me down as i feel like i am being criticised all the time and this takes my confidence away, i now just answer with ok i don't want to say anything else and am getting so depressed about it i am nagged at everything i do any advice out there that can help me to cope apart from the obvious that is leave i am too old for that now

I am in my late fifties and have moved abroad to be with my grandchildren now because of the credit crunch my daughter is thinking of moving on to another city i have left all my friends and everything i know but now am so worried about being here and am getting depressed and frightened i know i cannot live my life on my daughters shoulders but wish i had stayed where i was as at least i knew people there i feel so lost at this time, have been here a year now and have met a few nice people but its not England any advice thank you

I know it might sound mad but i have just started to have this fear about how will i cope if i lost my husband we have been married 40 years and he is my best friend we have our ups and downs but he is always there it is making me feel depressed i don't know how to cope with it has anyone else had this feeling or any advice on how to deal with feelings like these

I am chatting away to someone when they suddenly say but you said this or that and i honestly don't remember saying like a name one instance today i was on the phone asking how my brother was and the nurse said i had told her my sisters name why would i do that?? also my daughter has said but you said this mum and i feel like its all getting to much for me as i don't rember i know you might not think its anything to write about but it is happening so much lateley that i am getting worried

Hi i have come here to live near my daughter and her children,we used to get on very well but now all she seems to do is question every decision i make whatever it may be she also if i fold or do anything is behind me saying you must do it this way and says You are not bothered about it are you. I have got to the point that when she asks me something i am frightened to answer as she will not be happy about that answer i will give her and it turns into another row where she says most days lets face it we don't get on i don't know what to do or say i cannot explain it i feel like i don't know her anymore and i do not try to give any advice as i know how she is and if its not what she wants to hear there will be hell to pay any advice

My husband has very bad circulation, he has had DVT and was fine for a year now he has a large lump in his groin and a lot of pain but i cannot get him to go to the doctors and i am so worried that this is the same and the lump will move and cause him more pain can anyone tell me what i can give him to help as i am worried this is a clot and will kill him as they move around so i have been told Thank you for any information that you can give

I am a mature woman and have a problem with a man who keeps playing with himself when he thinks we are alone which i try not to be but any time when he can he will just do this, in front of me i do not want to cause trouble as believe me this would if i said anything,and i do not encourage this at anytime at all, he has told me he has a problem with this and i was so embarrassed that i said i do not want to know as it was his problem, but it is now getting me down and i feel like crying as i cannot say anything to anyone and he is around the family a lot Please don't say i encourage it as i don't as this is a very uncomfortable situation please only sensible replies as i do need some advice,and yes i am old enough to know better but when your in this situation its not so easy.

My husband had a scan and they said it was kidney stones but they also said he had a cyst on his colon how do they know what type of cyst this is and it is not malignant, as we are in a diffrent country and all they said was we will phone you with an appointment should we be worried as i know the stones could be passed out but we are a bit worried about the cyst anyone out there had this Thanks

Hi can anyone tell me if i should be worried,

a friend of mine he constantley plays with himself please this is a serioues question, as i have never seen one person do this so much, and acts like its not wrong, i dont say anything to him,as i am so embrassed do you think he is trying to shock me?? i pretend i do not notice him as i think he wants some kind of reaction from me please dont make fun of this question, as i do want some advice on how to cope with this situation I know so people might find this funny but i am in a very unhappy situation

Is there anyone out there that can help me with the name of a cream which i was given by my doctor in England it is to do with a knotting of the vein in the legs i am now living in Spain and need to get some of this cream, all i can rember is it began with H and helped a great deal as the legs get very sore where my veins go into a knot would be gratful if anyone knows or can advise of another cream to buy Thank you

I know my husband is deppressed but how can i get him to reconize it? he dose not sleep and is angry all the time and picks fault in everything i do, i can reconise the sign's but he has never had this before and thinks it everyone elses fault
