I ve been really out of shape until recently when I started doing a workout routine that was put together for me. On lower body days, I do 3 sets of weighted squats with about 10lbs of weight. Then I do 3 sets of 8 weighted lunges followed by 3 sets of 10 jump squat thrusts. My knee starts to feel like it needs to pop and like there s pressure building. I m 24 and I ve never had problems with my knees before. Is this normal?

I have a 6 and a half year old Rottweiler who has always been in perfect health. For the last 3 weeks, my dog has been having nose bleeds. The first few times it was a lot of blood and seemed to be coming from both nostrils. Lately, it s less severe and seems to be coming just from the left. After the second one, we spent $1,700 on blood work and cranial radiographs to find the cause and found nothing. We found out that he s anemic and he s having trouble producing red blood cells. We thought it was either hemophilia or bone marrow cancer. The vet told us nose bleeds were rare. However, since she first saw him 3 weeks ago, she has now seen 3 other dogs with the same symptoms. She now wants to treat for Lyme disease since she s thinking it could be something in this area. I ve never heard of nose bleeds with Lyme disease. Is this a possible diagnosis?

I live in Texas and my marine is stationed in Australia. I wanted to bake him some things and send them, but I'm not sure what would stay good during the trip. Also, what are some other good things he might enjoy getting? Thanks in advance!

A while back, a friend introduced me to this really great guy, but I was already in a very serious relationship that lasted 2 years. We've been separated for about 9 months now. I've kind of forgotten how to date and especially how to let someone know I'm interested in them. Well this guy that I was introduced to found me on Facebook and we started messaging yesterday. I gave him my number this morning and he gave me his. I'm 22 and feel silly for asking if I should try him. Any advice on how to go about this?

First off, my boyfriend and I have been together for almost 16 months. We've lived together for almost a year. He moved to Texas from Ohio to be with me. Every time he goes back to Ohio to see his family I always lose it. I know it sounds selfish but I just hate saying goodbye to him because it brings up bad memories. He's leaving today to go to Ohio for a week. I'm just feeling so depressed. Any ideas on how I can keep my mind off of it? How can I stop worrying that something bad will happen or he'll do something he wouldn't usually do. His friends up there seem to be fond of doing illegal things. Any advice?

The nanny will be taking care of a 10 week old girl as well as taking on household chores. She will be working 10-12 hours a day Monday through Friday and occasional weekends. The household chores will consist of laundry, cleaning, dishes etc. We may need her to stay overnight once a week or so. She is 21 and has 5 years of experience. What would be a fair hourly or weekly wage to pay her? This is my first daughter so I'm not sure what a typical salary is.

Hey there. So for the past month or so I have felt nauseous all the time. This is accompanied by headaches often and light headedness. I am not pregnant nor do I actually get sick. Could this be a serious medical issue? I also think it could be anxiety. I'm constantly worrying about little things and money issues. The feelings often keep me up at night or have me waking up every few hours. The only time I feel better is with a warm bath. Has anyone else had the same issue and figured out the problem? I've been eating out lately but most of the time I just have soup or a salad. I eat lots of fruits and veggies. I'm a nanny for a 3 year old and a 7 year old which keeps me physically active and I have taken up yoga as well. Any advice or similar issues? Thanks in advance!

My doctor recently recommended yoga to help with my stress levels. I have plenty of free time but as long as I'm doing this, I want to do it right for mental and physical health. Physically, what other workouts should I add along with yoga. Has anyone gotten into a yoga routine they wouldn't mind sharing? Thanks!

Hi! My 80 pound pup has a hard time dealing with the nail clippers no matter how slow I go, how many treats I give her, or how much praise I give her. At my old job they used a nail dremel to file the nails down. Has anyone had an easier time doing their dog's nails this way?

I recently sold an iPad on ebay. I had it listed for $300 and shipping cost $9.50. After it sold, she asked me to send an invoice so I did for the amount of 309.50. Instead of paying the invoice I received an email about an hour later saying that I had a pending fund of $400. She said she wanted it shipped overnight so she paid me extra. When I checked my PayPal account, there were no signs of any payment. After reading the emails again, it said that in order to receive my money, I had to ship and respond with the tracking number. I've never had to go through so much trouble with a paypal transaction before. I was just wondering if this is a genuine PayPal customer or if I am being scammed. Also, the address was located in the United States and not Nigeria like most known scams.

I have a 16GB LTE white iPad mini that is essentially new in the box. I'm wanting to sell it but I'm not sure of a fair price. At my Walmart the iPad mini sells for $429. Mine has no scratches, dents, dings or any damage at all. I was curious to see how much I may be offered at a pawn shop. I know they're prices are quite a bit cheaper than what I may be able to sell it for but I'm only looking for a quick guess haha. If it is any help I live in Fort Worth Texas.

I have a female Great Pyrenees/Anatolian Shepherd pup who just turned 8 months old. Yesterday at the vet she weighed 69 pounds. This was on an empty stomach however I doubt that makes much of a difference lol. Just wondering if she is overweight or just bound to be a bit smaller?

Hey guys! First off I'd like to say that this is my first billing period with a company called Just Energy. I never received a bill and finally I called and requested that they send me a bill. I finally got it and it said my amount to pay was $63 and needed to be paid by Jan. 6 or it would be shut off. Well I paid the full amount just now (Jan. 5). It says it may take up to two business days for my payment to clear. Will my electricity be shut off or should I be okay since I ethnically paid it already? Thanks guys!

My boyfriend and I have been together for a year now. I'm 21 years old and he is 20. For some reason I can't help but get so angry and jealous when I think of all the other girls he's had sex with. It's not that he talks about them or he's had sex with a lot of girls, I just don't know what it is. He did have sex a lot earlier than I did and he even had his kiss 5 years earlier than I did and it bothers me for some reason. I know it's ridiculously immature but could anyone give me som possible reasons and or solutions to my problem? Thank you!

To start off, I am a 5'11 168 pound female. I would like to lose about 35 pounds and really tone up. My job is pretty physically demanding as is but other than that, I haven't really had any real physical work outs for at least a year. Hey guys! I have a 3 month old heeler mix and a 7 month old Great Pyrenees. I love both of them to death but I've been running into some trouble lately. My heeler is great at letting me bathe her and clip her nails. I absolutely love grooming her, but when I try to bathe or clip my Pyrenees' she goes crazy. I do my best to reward her for good behavior and be stern with her when necessary, but I just get so overwhelmed when I am unable to control her. Other than these issues she is a great dog and listens and learns very well but something about baths and nail clippings just drive her insane. She's 70 pounds and very strong and I must admit that I'm not a very big or strong person so any advice would be appreciated. I also have a little bit of a difficult time giving her ear drops as we'll but this isn't nearly as bad. I know I can always take her to a groomer but I honestly prefer to take care of her on my own if possible. I'd just like to learn new methods and how to better my grooming skills ;) thanks!

So I've been with my boyfriend for 11 months as of today. First off let me start by saying we didn't have a normal relationship and I don't want to hear any judgment on it please. We moved to fast and moved in together after only 4 months of being together. Before we moved in together we lived I'm different states and hardly saw each other. I love him very much and he says he loves me too but I feel that I am no longer a priority in his life. He isn't as sweet and dependent on me like he used to be. I've talked to him about my feelings about our relationship and he always apologizes and says he'll do better but things never change. I'm on the edge of giving up because I am no longer happy. Any advice?
