My friend colored her naturally dark brown hair a darker color of brown. After that, got a kit to highlight brown hair blonde. We followed the directions, but didn't like the results. She wants to try it again to get the highlights, but doesn't know exactly what to do. Should she re-dye her hair all over, and redo the highlights, or should she leave it the way it is and just try to re-highlight over the highlights she already has? She likes the dark brown color her hair is now, but the highlights look orange instead of blonde. Any tips would be very much appreciated.

Okay, I was born with eyes that are unusually smaller than usual. I had to have surgery when I was a baby. Now I have problems doing my make up because I don't really have anyone to compare myself to. Do you have any tips on what I could do to make them look bigger, maybe different eye liner? different colors? (my eyes are blue, and I have blonde hair, if that matters) Any help will be greatly appreciated...so thank you in advance!

Do you know any at-home products I could use to whiten my teeth? Cheap? I've tried the stuff in stores, but it gets to be so costly. Also, I've heard that swishing water and peroxide would whiten them, but is this safe and effective?
