i have a really close guy friend (my best guy friend) and then a girl best friend. i don't have too many other friends cause i'm really shy so it's just mainly them two. i had a crush on my guy friend for a while, and apparently he did too (which my best friend told me). we decided to try going out, but because i was so awkward he called it off. we're still close friends, it took some time to get back to the way we were before, but now we're even better friends than before. problem is, i still like him. i haven't gotten over him. i'm not sure if he likes someone else or not, but i really want another chance with him. we're both not the type to have people like us often (me because i'm too shy, and him because he's not exactly attractive.) do you think i should go for it and ask him if he wants to try going out again, and admit i still have feelings for him, or should i not risk it because he may not like me the same anymore?

on my math test I had to put the equation 5/2x - 9 = 8y in standard form. I put it as 5/2x - 8y = 9 and I got 1 point off. What did I do, and what is the correct answer??

i think my question says it all. just any disney character who you think is really smart and/or wise....

For my English class I need to compare and contrast a Walt Whitman poem and an Emily Dickinson poem. What I need help with is finding a good poem by Emily Dickinson, not the actual comparing and contrasting. I absolutely love Whitman's poem, "There Was a Child Went Forth" and want to use that one, but what are some good Dickinson poems to compare it to?

i took a lot of pics and put them on my computer and some of them were deleted off of my memory card, but i'm wondering if there's a way to put them back on? (i suck with technology and could use the help)

how do mirrors work? how do they show reflections...or even just reflections in general (like ooking in a window, or the water or something) how does it work?

so i was just messing around on my guitar and came across a familiar tune, but i can't figure out which chord goes last to complete it.

it goes like this:

D, G, D, A [strumming is down, down, up, up , down for each chord]

D, G, [for these two strumming is same as above] D, A, [for these two the strumming is down, down] (mystery chord) [strum down once]

ok so i understand why hair gets grey or white when people age, but why does it sometimes change color as we get older, but are still young? until i was about 11 i had very blonde hair and then around 12-13 my hair turned brown. what causes this?

Why do we consider mint to be a "fresh and clean" taste as opposed to other flavors? could it have been possible for the person who came up with it to have picked like strawberry instead? then would most of us be chewing strawberry gum and using strawberry toothpaste, or was mint picked for a specific reason?

i have an iPod touch that i hooked up to my school tablet computer. but at the end of the year they had to wipe our hard drives and we weren't allowed to back our music up in the school back up folder. so now i just have my music on my ipod. i want to be able to put my music back on the tablet, and also on my parents laptop as back up cause the tablets crash a lot. but my cousin told me i can't cause i selected something that said that i only wanted my itunes library available on one computer or something...which in this case is my school laptop. how do i get my music on both laptops without it accidentally deleting (which has happened to me before)?

it's a really nice yamaha beginner electric guitar that comes with a case, and an amp. it's blue and white and it is in really good condition. i've only had it for about a year now, but i got it originally because i wanted it to be easier to learn how to play. now that i know how to play, i just got an electric acoustic. i'd keep both, but i could use the money. what do you think a reasonable price would be? with it and the amp together, we paid about 300.........
