Someone left their jacket at a long term car park at AlicanteAirport There was a mobile phone, money and the jacket. How do I find the owner? The police will simply loose the items permanently. I have tried to contact the mobile phone company without success. Between me and my daughter we have lost? had stolen 5 mobile phones and it is a pain to loose contact dedtails that are lost forever.If you travelled through Alicante Airport in the last week or so and lost a jacket, mobile phone and money contact me to get it back

I need to get the engine and gear box reconditioned and need to know the weight of the J19 LandRover engine, complete and the weight of the LT77 gear box without the transfere gear box. I have a small box trailer rated for 450 Kg am I overloading the trailer? The engine will be strapped down to a wooden pallet as will the gear box. I will be driving 2000 km. So the third question is am I mad driving from Spain to Scotland with these components and then back to Spain to refit them to the Land Rover defender?

I have a workshop manual and have taken the engine and gear box out of the car. It will cost about £1500 to get the tools and parts to fix the gearbox including parts gaskits oil seals and a new radiator. I need to get some welding done to fix corrision that has occurred underneath the radiator mounting on one side. The question that I have is; is it worth fixing this car? I can do most of the work myself. But need to get the welding done to a recognised standard. MOT. I would like to keep the car but also don't want to keep paying out for expensive repairs. The car should be good for a few years with the repairs done. But do I scrap it and but a new car that is reliable and under guarentee for 3 years instead?

I enjoy reading, but this book had about a 50% interest level. The political discussucions and self searching by the author did not not seem to give any answers. I enjoyed the descriptive aspect of the book regarding culture and peasant life in Russia that is still present today.

Can you recommend any books that would give me a better insight into present day life styles, of people living in the former Russian states. Now CIS? I know this is a vast subject.

When I try to shut the computer down it locks out on the Windows 98 screen after saying that windows is shutting down, but the programme is still running. I have used Control Alt Del to end any tasks that might be running after closing all programmes but the computer still locks out without finally shutting down.What do I need to do to rectify this problem? I can restart the computer after pressing the off switch, and doing a hard shut down, but get the error message that windows was not shut down correctly and checks the hard drive for errors. The computer then starts up and works normally. What can I do to fix this fault in shutting down the computer properly?Thanks for your help.
